I think I disagree. I think it's just extreme differences in angle of what we're looking at here. In one pic, the camera is nearly at his asshole, and the other would be pointing at his neoclit if he had one. The thighs are only visible in one pic, and in the other we're too zoomed in to his taint area to see them. In the first pic where he's got his neolabia all spread, there's a little squiggle of something there (sutures? roundworms?) which is visible in the other picture as well. There's also no clit in both pics. This is absolutely the same stinkditch, whether or not it's Yaniv's.

Judging by the weird look of the scaring where in the right neolabia there's something that looks like sutures peeking out at the top, and a long string of something that I can't explain as anything other than suture material. That long string also comes out of that neolabia right before it starts looking like a tire's side bubble.

Another reason to doubt these photos are him: Covid19.
Non-essential surgeries have been severely curtailed depending on the province you are in. There are travel restrictions and lockdowns. British Columbia has non-essential travel restrictions with other provinces. Some earlier post suggests the surgery was in Montreal. Quebec also has a Covid19 curfew and other restrictions on activities. This thing seems like another lie.

Like even if a person is willing to speak up and admit to themselves something is wrong and it's not everything they imagined it would be they'll then have to risk ostracization for against the grain. And that's how it goes for the regular sort of patients, I can only imagine someone would do their best to forget Yaniv as soon as they put down the scalpel.
I'm still unsure if he actually went though with it but reaching out to other doctors for help doesn't factor into that skepticism.

I've heard this as well; ignoring post-op patients seems to be a thing with a lot of those doctors. JY has probably already burned his bridge with them hence why he's reaching out to other cock doctors on twitter.
