Since the first post on this thread it’s become clear that she’s much more of a slacktivist than anything else. I haven’t seen anything showing that she volunteers with animal shelters or anything. She used to repost a ton of animal welfare stuff on Facebook. Lately, judging by Twitter (her current platform of choice along with Instagram) she’s more into retweeting center-left anti-trump stuff than animal welfare memes. Nearly everything on her various profiles is a retweet or repost.
My impression of her based on how Tim talks about her in the leaks and the type of person she seems to be tells me that she’s perhaps willfully ignorant of Tim’s bloodlust but ignorant none the less. The wildest thing I’ve found on her is that deep in the endless depths of her Facebook likes she gave a to ‘spanking’ at some point.
I’m open to her being involved but there’s not very much hard evidence in support of that theory. Conversely there’s plenty evidence suggesting that she has no idea.
It could go either way with Lisette. If she was actively involved I feel like Tim would have made mention of it in the logs just from some of the other stuff he's talked about there and referenced. I would also suggest contacting the Lewis county sheriff and nearby law enforcement. Some things which are important to mention are his possession of child porn, ready access to children (living next door to relatives with them), and that he has an accomplice- Levi Dane Simmons (Snakething)- who has already plead guilty. The animal stuff may or may not be interesting to police, especially if any of them are friends of the family (the brother, Steve, appears to be friends with a couple cops), but the danger to children might motivate them into action. Because Levi talks to Tim in the logs and discusses a meetup with him, it's quite likely that evidence that was used to arrest and charge Levi could also be relevant here.
I'm not sure if I agree with others' notion that the wife probably knows. There are a lot of cases of truly horrid people being able to fool everyone around them, including spouses and their own children, that they're just a normie boomer dad living that suburban family life with his mini van and a jeep as the "fun car". Good example would be BTK, but he's far from the only one who kept up a charade.

But anyway, after some late night research, I've discovered that unlike many states here in the U.S., Washington appears to actually give a shit about animals and actually punishes people guilty of cruelty/neglect. Here's an official link disclosing their Animal Cruelty laws for any Kiwis interested, but here's some interesting take-aways:
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1) Recklessly cause an animal to experience substantial pain or suffering by (a) killing, (b) injuring, (c) torturing, or (d) tormenting any such animal. It shall be an affirmative defense that actions taken in violation of this subsection were otherwise lawful and justified under the circumstances.
(2) With criminal negligence, fail to render aid or attempt to alleviate substantial pain, suffering or injury he or she proximately caused to any animal.
(3) With criminal negligence, fail to provide adequate daily rations of food, water, air, light, space or shelter to any animal within his or her care, custody or control.
(4) With criminal negligence, tether, confine or restrain any animal in such a manner as to render said animal incapable of consuming food or water, or render such animal incapable of accessing shelter, or to confine or restrain said animal in such a manner that it is forced to lie in its own feces or any other material detrimental to its health.
(5) Knowingly abandon any animal by dropping off or leaving said animal on the street, road, or highway, or in a public place or private property not belonging to the owner or keeper of the animal. It shall be an affirmative defense to a charge under this subsection that the animal was left (a) at the designated animal shelter during the shelter’s regular business hours and (b) in the immediate care of the director of public health and social services or the director’s designee or the Lewis County sheriff or the sheriff’s designee.
(6) Recklessly confine an animal in a parked motor vehicle for more than 15 minutes when the temperature outdoors is at or above 70 degrees Fahrenheit and when there is no competent person within the vehicle. It is an affirmative defense that the motor vehicle is a motor home with working and adequate climate control.
(7) Any owner or keeper who is found, beyond a reasonable doubt, in a criminal proceeding to have violated any portion of this section shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a maximum term fixed by the court of up to 364 days, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of not more than $5,000 plus statutory assessment, or by both such imprisonment and fine. Further, upon probable cause that this crime has occurred, the animal may be impounded under an administrative warrant issued pursuant to this chapter and held pending resolution of the matter. Upon conviction, the owner or keeper shall be stripped by the court of all ownership interest in the animal and the animal shall become the property of Lewis County and may be humanely destroyed; provided, where the animal has been declared dangerous, the animal shall be humanely destroyed and not held for adoption or sale and shall not become the property of Lewis County. Upon acquittal, the animal shall be returned to the owner or keeper. [Ord. 1289 §1, 2018; Ord. 1260, 2014]
Another interesting read I've found concerning their animal cruelty laws is this PDF, which directly addresses Tim's specific flavor of degeneracy:
1) A person is guilty of animal cruelty in the first degree when, except as authorized in law, he or she intentionally (a) inflicts substantial pain on, (b) causes physical injury3to, or (c) kills an animal by a means causing undue suffering, or forces a minor to inflict unnecessary pain, injury, or death on an animal.
2) A person is guilty of animal cruelty in the first degree when, except as authorized by law, he or she, with criminal negligence, starves, dehydrates, or suffocates an animal and as a result causes: (a) Substantial and unjustifiable physical pain that extends for a period sufficient to cause considerable suffering; or (b) death.
(3) A person is guilty of animal cruelty in the first degree when he or she: (a) Knowingly engages in any sexual conduct or sexual contact with an animal; (b) Knowingly causes, aids, or abets another person to engage in any sexual conduct or sexual contact with an animal; (c) Knowingly permits any sexual conduct or sexual contact with an animal to be conducted on any premises under his or her charge or control; (d) Knowingly engages in, organizes, promotes, conducts, advertises, aids, abets, participates in as an observer, or performs any service in the furtherance of an act involving any sexual conduct or sexual contact with an animal for a commercial or recreational purpose; or (e) Knowingly photographs or films, for purposes of sexual gratification, a person engaged in a sexual act or sexual contact with an animal.
(4) Animal cruelty in the first degree is a class C felony.
(5) In addition to the penalty imposed in subsection (4) of this section, the court may order that the convicted person do any of the following: (a) Not harbor or own animals or reside in any household where animals are present; (b) Participate in appropriate counseling at the defendant's expense; (c) Reimburse the animal shelter or humane society for any reasonable costs incurred for the care and maintenance of any animals taken to the animal shelter or humane society as a result of conduct proscribed in subsection (3) of this section.
(6) Nothing in this section may be considered to prohibit accepted animal husbandry practices or accepted veterinary medical practices by a licensed veterinarian or certified veterinary technician.
(7) If the court has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of this section has occurred, the court may order the seizure of all animals involved in the alleged violation as a condition of bond of a person charged with a violation.
(.8.) For purposes of this section: (a) “Animal” means every creature, either alive or dead, other than a human being. (b) “Sexual conduct” means any touching or fondling by a person, either directly or through clothing, of the sex organs or anus of an animal or any transfer or transmission of semen by the person upon any part of the animal, for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal of the person. (c) “Sexual contact” means any contact, however slight, between the mouth, sex organ, or anus of a person and the sex organ or anus of an animal, or any intrusion, however slight, of any part of the body of the person into the sex organ or anus of an animal, or any intrusion of the sex organ or anus of the person into the mouth of the animal, for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal of the person. (d)“Photographs” or “films” means the making of a photograph, motion picture film, videotape, digital image, or any other recording, sale, or transmission of the image.
The 'current through' date does indicate some things may be out of date, but upon further research (Link 1) (Link 2), I know that most of the important stuff listed above is still current as of 2020, alongside this tidbit; animal cruelty in the 1st degree is still a class C felony, which carries a max penalty of 5 years in state prison, and/or a $10k fine. 5 years is pretty lax for something even remotely similar to Tim's 'content', but it's better than a shrug and "Sorry, no laws against it", or just a slap on the wrist with nothing but some community service. It just does some service in knowing that states are starting to acknowledge that sex with animals is bad, as well as labeling it as such without making some dumb exception for "consensual sex with animals". Wish all states in the U.S. would adopt these laws in some fashion and actually follow through with upholding them. Might be too of me to dream though.
The FBI tip line that others have mentioned is an avenue, though it's a long shot. Feds would likely just be more interested in a collection of Cheese Pizza, since that seems to be what their investigations seem to be centered around even more now than in the past few years. Bestiality seems to just be something they'd tack on as added charges if needed, but not something they do sole investigations on.

I actually think that may be why Tim here seems to be super gung-ho about all this zoosadist shit, yet have a seemingly "look but can't touch" attitude towards kids. In practice they spend almost nothing on their own shelters and typically lack room for even the barest accommodations, preferring to blow fuckloads of money donated to them on shock advertisements to scare people into supporting them, often targeted at children; in 2010 it was estimated that over 95% of animals taken in by PeTA were euthanized, with the numbers hanging around 66% as of 2019, in some places as high as 73% observed in Virginia alone. They have a documented history of getting in deep shit for killing healthy animals that they acquired through trespassing and theft on private property, and have stood firm on their neuter/spaying with rampant euthanasia policy after the initial controversy, going so far as to imply that privately-owned no-kill shelters are unethical and akin to animal hoarding.
Peta is also way into the concept of speciesism, which is a term that zoophiles have actively co-opted as part of their lingo as seen on Twitter (on top of being "vegan" and "cruelty free" despite, you know, screwing the literal pooch) to justify their demonstrably false belief that dogs can consent to sexual activity. Again, a LOT of zoophiles are pro-animal rights (not animal protections) under the basis that doing so will provide them an avenue to pass the narrative that animals are people and that discouraging their fetish is a form of sex-based bigotry and oppression.

To clarify: I am not supporting PETA, I think PETA is a crazy organisation. But they have the kind of people who are so crazy that they will annoy the local police so much that someone will do something just to get rid of them.
There are two factors that might complicate the possibility that she got spooked. One, none of her recent @s on twitter mention this thread or Tim at all. Two, her twitter dms were not set to allow them from everyone. These don't make that option impossible since someone could've deleted a tweet mentioning her, and she could be someone who always follows people back.
The possibility that he killed himself seems less likely because his relatives (including one who lives next door to him) didn't say anything about it. But they could be private people who didn't think they should share that.
Update 2/15: the person in the video that Tim posted of someone raping a drugged (or dead dog) is *probably* not Tim. I’m leaving this original post up in case new information comes to light.
SpaceAddity has been a big help behind the scenes when it comes to gathering info as well as getting the authorities involved. They managed to dig up a few pieces of now deleted media that Tim posted via his u/dawgslot account on reddit.
One of these videos was posted as "CPS (Cream Pie Stray)" on r/menfuckinganimals. It shows a medium sized dog which is either drugged or dead in the back seat of a car being penetrated by a person who mostly looks like Tim (although the penis might not be small enough and the gut not fat enough to be Tim). Tim has also used the three letter acronym naming convention for his videos in the past as well (for example "STP - screw the pooch”). The archive of the CPS video is here if you want to investigate the uncut video. It is obviously NSFW/NSFL.
The reason I'm sharing this is that you can pretty clearly see the stitching and general look of the backseat(s) in the video. We know that Tim owns a black 2013 Subaru Forester which functions as his daily driver but the seats in the video don't match with the forester photos I have found online. It looks more like a trailblazer's backseat but even that doesn't seem to match perfectly.

WARNING: BLOODY DICK PICS AHEAD I've asked people I know IRL who have supported my investigation of Tim whether they think the penis in the CPS video looks like other known/likely photos of Tim's small penis and they can't say for sure. The CPS dick might be too big. Looking deeper into the CPS video might be a huge waste of time should the person behind the camera be someone else. One of these videos was posted as "CPS (Cream Pie Stray)" on r/menfuckinganimals. It shows a medium sized dog which is either drugged or dead in the back seat of a car being penetrated by a person who mostly looks like Tim (although the penis might not be small enough and the gut not fat enough to be Tim).
I'm leaning towards it being a different person. The penis in the video is longer and has more visible veins, the hands look hairier, and (though it could be angle) the legs don't look fat enough.
