  • Agent Orange Class Action : Hy and his lawyers from The Mayerson Law Offices P.C., with Charles Hartz as their principal client, filed the first Agent Orange class action lawsuit in Pennsylvania for the injuries that American soldiers in Vietnam suffered through exposure to toxic dioxins in the defoliant. Mr. Hartz’s heroic deposition in that case was one of the first depositions taken in America for the purpose of preserving testimony at trial. It was understood that Charles Hartz would not live to see the trial because of the brain tumor that began to develop while he was a member of Tiger Force, Special Forces, LRRPs in Vietnam.
  • Forklift Litigation : For more than a decade, The Mayerson Law Offices P.C. chaired the American Trial Lawyer section on Industrial and Agricultural Equipment. In this capacity, attorneys from the firm lectured other attorneys nationwide on the whys and hows of requiring manufacturers to make safer equipment with better operating instructions and more substantial warnings about possible hazards. This effort on behalf of consumers resulted in the manufacturers' incorporation of operator restraints, improved instructions, and better warnings on forklifts. As a result of The Mayerson Law Offices P.C.'s efforts, deaths in the United States associated with forklift accidents declined from an average of over 100 per year to not a single rollover fatality of an operator wearing a seatbelt.

@Schuylkill Valley You do realize that by doxxing your lawyer you have now caused quite a few phone calls to his office telling him all about you misrepresenting Mr. Mayerson? If I had a client that did that I'd drop him faster than Leonard Shaner can finish 5th fudge.

Len I'm going to be devils advocate here for a second, If you really have got a Solicitor who believes this is "In the bag" I'd really consider getting a new one all of the legal professionals I know don't talk in certainties like that because it can lead to complications for them if the result they promised wasn't forthcoming.

But from what I have seen in this thread Len you appear to be representing yourself (or have yet to have a Solicitor entered into the record) I really hope your not going to do that, In legal circles a person who represents them selfs even if they are a qualified Solicitor is known as one thing and one thing only "A Fool", these are some serious charges your facing Len don't treat this like a speeding ticket get professional and qualified assistance.
