They don't care, because they're rapists. Telling people "rape is bad" is only effective if your audience is so stupid that they don't already know that. It's sarcastic about all the advice women get to avoid being raped. This bugs me, because the average woman has no control over what guys around her are planning. I've seen a lot of people complain that advice like "don't leave an uncovered drink sitting around" is victim blaming, but I think it's more important to prevent rapes than to cater to people's egos.

It's an inversion of the trope "teach women not to get raped". While originally intended to point out how shitty that saying is, there are some people who have taken it seriously. As had been previously said, someone who is knowingly and willingly planning to commit rape isn't going to be dissuaded by this.

One of the things that really bugs me about the SJW rape culture argument is that it portrays all men as rapists and all women as victims. Rape is not merely inevitable, it's irresistible. Nothing you can do except lie back and get acclimated to the "being raped" position. This isn't feminism. In fact, it's pretty much the opposite of it.

The problem is that SJWs have a very black and white mentality. They can't grasp that there aren't always clear-cut "good guys" and "bad guys". The whole Israel/Palestine mess is a good example of that. Both sides have valid points, and both sides have done terrible things. But SJWs can't except that, and since, in their minds, Palestinians are all "P.O.C.", and all Israelis are white (even though that's not true), to them that means Israel, and by extension Jews, are the devil. But it's just not that black and white in the real world. Nothing is, really, but these people have never moved past childhood. That's why they see themselves as pure, righteous superheroes fighting injustice, and everyone else as cackling supervillains who live to terrorize the oppressed. They're living in a childhood fantasy world, basically.
