It looks like he committed another Freudian slip in his FB post. Personally I think he might be thinking of the range 16-18, because in his FB post it looked like 18 was his cap, and knowing what we know about how Lucas interprets the law, 16 is his minimum age. But since we all know the Romeo and Juliet laws only apply to people within 5 years of age, Lucas is essentially advertising pedophilia here.
