Regardless of what one thinks of neovaginas, the fact is JY went around sending people genital photos without consent or context, which is creepy no matter who does it. It could have been a dick, or a true and honest vagina, and it'd still be creepy and weird and wrong.

I was thinking about stuff like this, like, why can't they replace a bladder in a bladder cancer patient? You would think that if they can reconstruct a vagina/penis they can start replacing organs, right?

There's one avenue that is being explored which takes the organ's skeleton out of a pig and you put stem cells on it and it grows into an organ, in theory.

They grew a cow in an artificial womb which make me feel like there's hope for organ replacement soon. if they can grow an entire organism, why not artificial organs?

With the exception of this fuck, I guess I'm more or less glad there are people taking the plunge of sex reassignment surgery because it furthers the technology, however, given the lack of success, the fact that male to female surgery is fraught with infection and other problems, and knowing how my business works as a female, the question I have would be, how the fuck you gonna replicate all the nerves?

And just simply the nerves in and around the vagina? Can you? I really don't think it's possible right now.

That's why if I was a dude I'd probably never get that surgery. It's just, why would you irreversibly damage your body? Cripple your strength that comes with being male?

In my mind the net cost of the Male to female surgery is far too high to bother with with too few rewards. You're never going to become a biological female. It just ain't gonna happen. At least not until they can somehow introduce nanites to reconstruct your junk.

But then we'd likely end up with greygoo. Aw well.

Psychiatric institutionalization is available on an EXTREMELY LIMITED basis. Like USA, there was a movement that started around the late 60s/early 70s that determined where people were claiming that locking up the mentally ill in facilities was "inhumane" (to be fair a lot of old school asylums were rife with abuse, no doubt about it) and that they should be treated "in the community" instead. Many institutions, such as Coquitlam's Riverview Hospital, were mostly closed down and over the years before the shutdown was slowly downsized of beds, letting mentally ill out but without sufficient treatment options. And to top it all off, it's extremely difficult to institutionalize anyone -troon especially- involuntarily. Given that Gender Dysphoria was taken off the list of mental illnesses and not for any empirical reason, there's likely an unwillingness for anyone to try to get a troon committed because protected class.

Also, JY insisting we can't tell a hatchet vagina from a natal vagina is the biggest indicator he doesn't know what a vajay actually looks like (or should look like).

That's something that I've been pondering about. I'm still in the midst of figuring out how these doctors are up-selling a "vagina" like it's an apple pie at McDonald's. The difference is that instead of retrieving an apple pie, you just get the box, sans pie.

It's, at least in my opinion, pretty tragic how many of these individuals are duped into a web of lies. (I don't feel bad for JY though, he deserves the worst).
