FRUIT JUICES? Uh hi yes er excuse ME Mister Doctor Man, fruit juices are NATURAL SUGAR, not real sugar, so they don’t count. Do you want me to stop eating the fruit that I never eat??? How is it healthy for a doctor to say NO FRUIT?Well the liver reducing diet should be fun for her. (Many obese people have to go on this diet before they can even get weight loss surgery. Of course we know Chinny isn't having wls because her overall health is too risky for surgery and she has zero self control so it wouldn't help anyway) Here are things she will need to avoid
- Alcohol. Alcohol is a major cause of fatty liver disease as well as other liver diseases.
- Added sugar. Stay away from sugary foods such as candy, cookies, sodas, and fruit juices. High blood sugar increases the amount of fat buildup in the liver.
- Fried foods. These are high in fat and calories.
- Salt. Eating too much salt can make your body hold on to excess water. Limit sodium to less than 1,500 milligrams per day.
- White bread, rice, and pasta. White usually means the flour is highly processed, which can raise your blood sugar more than whole grains due to a lack of fiber.
- Red meat. Beef and deli meats are high in saturated
That’s mad, yannowhatimean?? Guys he said NO FRUIT and then some other stuff and like, it was absurd, I don’t think I have to listen to him. He basically said EVERYTHING is bad, like what am I supposed to do, starve?? Anyway here’s what I got today, a HEALTHY wrap from Subway, it’s a WRAP so it’s HEALTHY...it has ham and cheese and extra cheese and feta and cheese and bacon and ham and HEALTHY GREENS and bacon and turkey and ham and cheese. And I only got five dipping sauces, and some HOMEMADE chips that they make HOMEMADE, you can tell by how wide they cut them.”
(by the by, that list you made of restricted foods is literally everything Chantal eats. She’d look at that list and wonder what on earth could possibly be left that is safe to eat, because her chickpea brain doesn’t think past “bread-meat-cheese-sweets-sugar-fried things-pasta.” She’d likely assume the only food items not on that list are kale and quinoa, and you know her traumatic ptsd past with those.)
