Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

Huh. That explains some things.
I don’t know, think I can understand them renting. A house is lot of upkeep. It’s got to be pretty tiring putting the electric fence up and down every time the grass needs taken care of. Then there’s the cleanup afterwards. Then there’s the odd chance Monica breaks through the fence because something spooked her. Ron has to go lasso her. And god if a car hits her, I’m sure there’s a hefty fine for loose livestock.

So they're "moving up" but instead of in reality, from somewhere they actually owned to somewhere they actually kind of don't own?

This is surely actually a move up, right?
Monica, a voice actor working from home, sold hers on a quiet suburban street and is now renting a duplex. Her noisy neighbors are literally a wall away. The houses around them are also very close. There is very little separation without any yards.

Their old place.

Maybe their new place is a better location for Ron since he makes all the money in the relationship? He doubled the miles on his commute to the office, so probably not.

I'd hate to be the neighbors when the train comes over.

Certainly a move up. Hope they saved up some money to pay LemWAAAAAAAAAAAH. I mean after all they owe that dude at least a quarter mil and it's appreciating with interest.

And also by the pictures and videos they posted from inside their new home,

Ron projecting about paying for a dox. He claims to have found out who took those pictures of his old house that was for sale (again), but hasn't told their mom yet.

Oh dear lord, monica just looks awful. Someone better take this horse to the vet.

Also, ron is downplaying his abusive behavior again. He needs some mandatory therapy. He's still telling stories about how he knows who took pics of his house for sale, and how his personal forever fiancee knows the mom. The man is paranoid, desperate, and a cuck. How terribly sad. I'm sure if he actually did do anything, he just got another innocent (and probably black since he hates those people) kid. Even got to question the legitimacy of the pics of inside the house ron posted.

Makes you wonder what kind of fancy umbrella policies there are under renter's insurance.
The ability to commit repeated and intentional defamation and have the insurance company pay back every penny you spent in legal fees AND award you the sanctions against the other guy. These insurance policies also pay for a guy to follow around the person you intentionally defamed 24/7 and keep track of every penny he earns so he keeps paying you regularly.

Not to say that this happened to Ron, but I know of several people who had large claims on their home owner's insurance and just after the company paid out, their insurance was canceled. Apparently this happens quite often. When you have a large claim, you are seen as a liability. Perhaps, Ron's insurance did pay out and then canceled on him and now no other insurance company will sell him a policy (or sell it at a reasonable rate). Now he has to rent. Who knows. Texas may have laws against that, but my state does not.

So, wait... Does that mean it's possible that Ron 'A real man pays for his own lawsuit' Toye was forced to sell his house because his insurance company dropped him, he couldn't get new insurance, and his mortgage company objected to that violation of their contract? And now he can't get a new house because he still can't get mortgage insurance?

And this little gremlin is a LOAN OFFICER? A person who tells other people they can't get loans because they aren't able to get homeowner's insurance? And that he might still have his house if he had paid for the lawsuit himself and not shoved it off on his insurance?

I hope that's not true because I would die laughing, and I'm too young to die.
