Jon is not a small person. He's naturally tall and would on top of that have a high BMI.

I get the risks of a 'larger' person having anesthesia and having surgery. That's risky enough as it is, but what about postoperative in this instance? Surely it's difficult for the inverted penis canal to remain in place when you have the top half of a persons torso bearing down on it. Men's bodies are just not designed for it.

Walking around and jumping in baths etc. is doing nothing for the body which is trying to heal itself. On top of the issues you've already mentioned and for all the dilation routines in the world, I can't see this going well for him.

I went from sitting on the fence to staring at the fence from the "not him" side. If you compare the bathroom in the video of him stuck in the tub to the new photo posted on twatter, there are only two similarities: the shape of the tub and the location of clutter. The contents of the clutter is very different between the video and the new wound pic, the tiles appear to be different, the rug is different and the general lighting is different, although the time of day could affect that.

I've gone from "this is plausible" back to "this doesn't seem likely".
