Out of curiosity I went to her site and put something in my cart, said I wanted it shipped to California. Imagine my shock to see that A-mee is not collecting sales tax. I know that Oregon has no sales tax but seller's are supposed to collect and pay sales tax to California for any merchandise being shipped into the state (I don't know if all states require that or not). Yet another plus about Etsy, they collected and reported that sales tax for her.

Luckily for her she's never going to sell enough for the government to come after her for sales tax but you would think that a savvy business woman like Amy Lee Bell David Ramadamadumfuck would want to make sure she's doing everything correctly.

I noticed that shipping for anything is $4.99 and anything over $25 appears to ship free. I know that this is not a reasonable scheme cooked up by an avaricious glutton who was charging $8.50 to send a plastic cup. So I am wondering if there is a shipping charge cap on whichever merchant service she's operating with. There must be, no?

The basic rule for collecting sales tax from online sales is: If your business has a physical presence, or “nexus”, in a state, you must collect applicable sales taxes from online customers in that state. If you do not have a physical presence, you generally do not have to collect sales tax for online sales.

Her troubles are not going to come from sales tax. Her troubles are going to issue forth from her making and selling weapons that are banned in her state. Her much bigger troubles will arrive in the form of a lawsuit when one of these tatertards or their offspring injures themselves on her wares. Being illegally manufactured should incur some very nice punitive damage awards.

If the thought of such a lawsuit crossed her brain, (that's a hard nope!_, she's likely to think her True & Honest fans would NEVER sue HER - wonderful person that she is.

When it's your CHILDREN that have been injured - any other consideration goes out the window if you're inclined to lawsuits

Serious question: could anyone be her cellmate, given her immense size? I mean, how big are the cells? Do they have weight limits like elevators?

As for what might lead her to being picked up by Large Animal Control:

Amee just never thinks about anything for more than a minute: she is a human goldfish with zero capacity for planning or considering consequences of her actions.
And frankly, Amee needs to step up her game, because Chantal is taking all the fat attention with her antics.

Don't do goldfish like that.

They've been scientifically proven to have memories capable of retaining commands and cue information for up to 5 months. There are many sources, but I'm only linking one for those lazy fucks who don't wanna search for themselves.

I doubt that Amee's capable of such a feat.

She has been live for awhile. Boring. Chat is asking her how to handle their weird personal problems and Am ee just stares like a deer in the headlights like she is thinking "Why are these idiots asking me such weird questions?" Her fan base must all be retards. One of the questions out the blue was complaining about their upstairs neighbors and asking Amee what to do about it. OMG, there is a haydur that goes by Young Dumb Honey Bun, this really changes the meaning for me, thanks for the extra laugh, now whenever that person is brought up prison will enter my mind.
