But Homosexual transexuals with legitimate gender dysphoria persue hormones and the like try to go from feeling wrong to feeling normal. All stripes of AGP do to go from feeling normal to feel good. In theory that's a pretty subtle distinction. In reality it cannot be more obvious that it's fetish shit hidden in a trojan horse. Blanchard's theory of the Homosexual transexual. Which is someone who acts like the other gender and feels out of place as themselves from a young age with a homosexual alignment based on their sex at birth and seek treatment around their mid twenties at the latest (So a MTF HSTS would be into guys, not a "transbian" tard." Compared to the various stripes of autogynephilia that are all uniquely disgusting when persued to an insane degree and often persue their transformations later in their life (around their thirties)

Blanchard's MTF Transexualism Typology is meant to be a foundational study to be built on by further studies, but because the social sciences that historically struggle with proving their claims through repeat testing in the modern "publish or perish" science scene that discourages rigorous retesting for faster publishing and novel studies that make funny headlines. The social sciences have been compromised by troons and their allies who pump out garbage studies against the wave of rigorous testing that solidifies Blanchard's work. But again, unfortunately doesn't progress his studies as he intended. The extremely tiny minority of legitimate trans people. AGPs like to point to people with multiple sex's gentials to validate themselves about the existence of trans people and whatever other bullshit. And they're actually right, just not for themselves. An actual trans person is just as a common as anyone born with multiple genitals. Which is probably why you've never seen one and it's such a deeply confusing statement when all you see trannies fucking everywhere. It can be insanely hard to believe HSTS exist when they're swept away by this endless waves of feitishistic men in dresses. Only ater extensive testing and strict social requirements to "live as the gender you want to be" for like a year or two. Something these AGP men in dresses decry as trans genocide and deeply transphobic, because any reasonable person would see through their LARP in an instant with such standards applied to them.
