An otaku helps out some rich girl on a train from some old drunk guy, falls in love with her and awkwardly starts to woo and date her while seeking advice from an image board (2chan?). The opening by Electric Light Orchestra is legendary and even inspired an anime that was sadly pretty shit. The guy himself is cringy as fuck but I did love the scenes where he asks advice from the image board and you see all the various types of otaku and people who post on image boards. Throughout the show you get to see their backstories a bit and see them grow. It's a pretty special series.
