I have, but they are always 2nd/3rd gen born, raised & indoctrinated in the US education system.
I did know one girl in undergrad who was at least born in Guatemala, but adopted by white parents before she could walk, speaks little Spanish beyond HS-level but talks about her "Latinx" heritage.

Its also kind of dumb when you realize the "X" makes either an "H", "Ch" or "Z" sound depending on which country and where its placed in the word.

We've all known people like that. Some Asian kid that was adopted by white parents always talking about how "their people" did things differently. I doubt it’s ever crossed his mind, and if it did, he’d dismiss it as her problem, not his. This man has said before that if women are allowed to get abortions, he should be allowed to pay money to have sex with them.
