I agree with all of this though I think he is and will be a continuing threat to the public at large. When all his resources dry up (mommy dead, money gone, housing lost, inability to work) cue up the disability grift---> homeless saga and continuing burden to public resources as he further descends into madness cuz our Johnnyboi is legit insane. Real women tend to be very sensitive about anything that might be perceived as criticism of their genitals, so gynecologists are too polite to say anything about missing or odd-looking female sexual organs unless the patient has a complaint. Actual women can be missing their inner labia due to barbarian customs (it's often removed during a ritual female circumcision), medical reasons, cosmetic surgery gone wrong, or even a deliberate choice (if I remember correctly, it's called "the Barbie look"). For example, one case I know of involved a woman who had her clitoral hood removed by a doctor when she was a toddler due to repeated infections, and the labia were cut down to practically nothing at the same time due to the doctor thinking that having large inner labia and no clitoral hood would look "wrong".
