Mega Rad Gun Thread

I think CZ owning Colt is a good thing. I've always been a big CZ fan and absolutely love my Dan Wesson Specialist. Hopefully CZ owning Colt will keep them from getting complacent and letting quality slip like what happened in the 90s. I just hope CZ doesn't decide to shutter DW because "they both make 1911s and revolvers". Wouldn't mind owning one of the new Pythons or a new Anaconda if they get released, but more than that I really want CZ to start making their model 550 centerfire bolt action rifles again. I hope the 550 being out of production is only temporary, because I think they're some of the finest hunting rifles on the market and I wanted to get a pair for my oldest son and myself.

After waiting seven weeks my FK BRNO PSD is FINALLY on it's way! Should be to my favorite FFL tomorrow or Saturday.

I've also put in an order for four more Lancer L7 mags. I plan on ordering two or four more soon, but first I want to get a few mags for my Heckler & Koch Mark 23 since I only have the two that came with it.

I've been on a hold, due to life. Finally got a few rounds off the other day felt nice. I'm buying what I can to steal primers :(

Is there any place that is doing p80s after they got ATF'd? I'm really kinda wanting to build one and I have my g20 plus some random ass glock parts I was thinking a 19 build might be nice.

Brownell has them on special for 125 with code MBZ. 1776 Supply Co has them for 120.

P80S are still put there for now.

Oh I forgot to mention, tula in all it's comical fuckary has mis loaded a few palletes at least of 556 with 545 :7N6M LOL.

The ATF has banned said round by name, but some how the vodka monkies found if you just are so lazy you stuff the wrong bullet in your cheap poorly powdered, steel core shit the US might just let you ship it over.

I might have got some to pull for my Krinkov, IN MINECRAFT.

Friend was having just awful time running tula 556 and he's a better reloader than I and with some good leg work figured it out.

@Cpl. Long Dong Silver Heroic thank you. I've wanted to just try a home brew pistol as done build kits and 80%s in my sleep but I don't own a g19 and really should as they are just to me the best jack of all trades or babbys first hand gat. They are wonderful duty guns and for price of a working quality firearm I could take it camping etc and not care about breakage if it cracks something when I'm bored shooting logs in the woods and then build up again.

If you want a build the gun with minimal concern check out Marine Gun Builder on YouTube. Dude can be long winded but his instructions are A+

Yep. Still waiting though. Its currently on its way, but in a holding pattern in Memphis because of the weather. It was supposed to be delivered to my favorite FFL by 4:30pm yesterday, but now delivery is "pending". So if I'm lucky I'll have it in my grubby little hands on Monday, but I'm guessing Tuesday or Wednesday now. I'm...disappointed, to put it mildly. I'll share photos when I finally have it.
 
Krink brake very nice, me being an old fag, before braces were a thing I have a SBR krink I really like shooting it but for years couldn't often get my mitts on 5.45 now it's not to bad to find (well pre current panic) plus the reloading gear is easy.

What kind of grip is that? While normally memey tapco makes a m249 SAW grip for AKs that's rather nice, sometimes I run that or I swap to my OG grip. I dunno what I like better.

I've always liked those M249-style grips, especially on Kalashnikovs and FALs. They feel good in the hand, no finger grooves to force your hand in ways you might not want, and the ergos are pretty good on them. I've considered getting one for my Origin 12, but I rather like the grip that came on it. If I ever got a FAL again then I'd definitely put one on it.

Personally I have a like for the A1 grips as opposed to A2 on an AR-15, which I'm not really a fan of in the first place. Nice and smooth and gives you a bit of retro flavor. Got one on a .308 lower I built. Not sure what I want to do with the upper though.
 
I'd Give my soul for a replica of the sturmgewehr aka STG44. Though never mass produced by the krauts there are plenty of reproduction models floating around. I checked and unfortunately in addition to having to go through NJ's bs gun licensing process they obviously can only fire in semi auto, can't accept pistol grips or bump stocks, solid rifle stocks and regular grips only, even the goddamn barrel can't be "too short" so it cant be easily concealed. I swear sometimes i hate the lot in life i was given if only because im stuck in the california of the east coat.

Yeah a few copies exist even one in proper x33 kurz! GSG makes a 22 but with what they are I don't think you can have ANY even the 22 in NJ, place is a fucking hell hole.

Cali isn't as bad, for those who don't know, literal retired sheriffs get DENIED carry permits.
