I've seen images from before he had his teeth removed and they were basically broken in half. I have no idea how it happened and can guess that once Lou reads this he's going to come up with an epic story about it, but he probably tried to eat a three year old breadstick he found under his bed and broke them or something. Or maybe he had them punched out of his head when he got arrested for having his public tantrum.

I know it's late, but: "Here's the deal".
The way he uses it before telling an unreasonable story about how something broke and/or how he needs something to improve his life or himself just leaves me with a bad feeling every time I read it now. Like some middle aged person on a MLM
indoctrination meeting speaking about their product and life change with such confidence that you'd almost believe it if you don't know how it actually works. Something always feels a little odd though; and something inside you advises to turn heel on this person

And even after you know him and his schemes, then it's just disappointing. You know whatever great plan he introduces to become an artist or now streamer just won't result in anything but money spent

Edit: To clarify: The confidence I meant in MLM sales people to, well, sell you to their idea is more charming there actually. At least they sell you an idea and give you false hope. Lou is just demanding for himself without even thinking of ever giving anything in return. And yet people still support that every time

So Lou wants people to believe the doctor thinks he is still injured enough to be on limited mobility but not enough for continued medical attention. Ffs just make up some physical therapy.

My guess would be the doctor told him to be careful because he may fall due to lack of use, not be careful because his foot can't handle it. Guess what the remedy is? And of course Lou didn't have to mention his self imposed bedrest, the doctor could tell by the huffing and puffing after Lou lumbered in.
