I dunno if it's weirder when the person e-begs themselves or when the website does it FOR them, but...you know, it's funny you mention the Etsy thing. Isn't this technically bribing people to buy from black sellers? "Buy from these specific people on the site only and we'll cut the cost!"
When a corporation does something like that, promotions of a certain person, sector, etc... Anyone would get suspicions because there might be something else behind it. And when its so blalant with the "Buy from these people to get a limited offer/bonus" it's even more suspicions that there is something else behind or else there wouldn't need such a desperate PR move. Something like bad quality, the items break easily, unexpected hazards, delays on production/shipping... A lot of stuff that makes you doubt even harder that what they're trying to push on you is good.
Literally fuck these people. The problem isn't people being murdered. It isn't cops not prosecuting to the fullest extent. Its that the perpetrators aren't white men.
