We're not a court of law that's official and professional, we're a bunch of people on a website, and you're giving us constantly more information and more excitement to chatter about. None of us are interested in going "alright, thread closed, Len proved he wasn't on the property!" - we're here because we find YOU as a person interesting, we have lots of little details, and "clearing up" any one thing still leaves a million more for us to talk about.

You don't have to decrypt communication to de-anonymize it. Any replay network without a high degree of latency is subject to replay attacks and a number of other attacks that can connect traffic to its source. With a certain level of control of the network, you can also degrade service to make it far more likely that you will, on occasion, end up with your target using a chain of nodes entirely controlled by you.

Barely any attacks on any currently used encryption are going to rely on anything as crude as just directly attacking the encryption itself.
