To be clear, I don't want to do Terry because I feel that's exploitative unless done along the wishes of his family.

I also don't really want to do other living people besides Chris because Chris is the only lolcow on the site I wouldn't mind paying some money for use of their likeness. Someone like Tommy Tooter could and would sue and with some merit, and someone like Jace is just weird because Jan is very much alive and still doing shit with MDE.

The logo is already on the front so to do a reverse without relying on Chris we'd have to get creative.



If I've given people the inclination that these merchandise runs are not to offset the expenses of the forum I apologize but they absolutely are and they do help tremendously.

I do like the idea of providing people some tangible item to prove the community existed, though.

I rather like the Kiwilluminati coin

Never really followed Chris, but his persona definitely should be paid homage to. The puzzle piece is a nice touch instead of re-hashing the Kiwi too much. Also a good jab at the Brits, as if it's a queen on the rounds.

I agree that using Chris is a good way to honor the origin of the site. I like the internet lumberjack as well, "I'm working on it". Maybe even more than the cornkiwi.

I agree 100% about the corn lasers. I think if they were removed it would look much more traditional coin-like.

I honestly love all of these and if you released all four I'd buy one of each. I'm glad to see Chris-Chan get his tiara in the first one. If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say the first alternative is the best. I'm a sucker for that fluit lac aeternum shit and the Kiwi symbol on the pyramid is based.

I'm not seeing anything I'd go out of my way to change on the Chris pair. He got his crown. I'm glad the date moved from the corn side. I'm still on team corn lasers.

Of the alternates I like internet lumberjack best. The other two are only just ok to me. The pyramid in maybe too generic and I just don't get the second one.
