It’s been almost 20 years since I was these kids age and we didn’t give a fuck about all this cringe race-baiting we see now. MySpace was just weird emo kids begging for attention and there was a much more limited usage for social media. At least as a millennial I recognized that I’m not going to change the system and we didn’t buy into this obvious shilling by big corporate for race based stupidity. I think most people considered “millennials” distrust corporations and banks way more than zoomers do.

It was, but these kids are too young or too sheltered to develop a personality of their own. They're doing that thing all freshman-sophomore high schoolers do where they make a personality out of the things that they where born with because they have no real interests or hobbies.
I miss when people on social media posted harmless stuff, making creative videos and viral challenges. Now we have snowflakes calling anyone an -ist/-phobe for having a different opinion, celebrities get cancelled once someone finds an old post where they said something offensive. These snowflakes think that they're the good guys for supporting a terrorist movement too.

Yea I remember MySpace just being a place of narcissism at worst and more akin to a dating app today. There were no likes, there was no tagging, and you met all sorts of interesting people that way. Zuckerberg really fucked this country up for profit. Then he keeps fucking us over and over with his money. It’s because their generation has been coddled even more than the millennials and taught that “they can make a difference.” Gen Z refuses to wait their turn and learn a bit about the world.
