Well, she has done some rather criminal things to other cosplayers, such as, molestation, female on female rape, stalking, spouting racist/bigoted insults at people who displease her, and is an all around stupid, nasty, vile bitchfat to others around her.

I guess the single saving grace is that she's getting these on her forearms, which is arguably one of the safer place on her body from absolutely ballooning out.
Still though, given how MooMoo's timeline of photos over the course of this thread looks like an inflation fetishist's montage, it feels like getting ANY tattoo is pretty bold. That rose does look lovely now, she definitely picked an artist who could draw (if not plan well for the future) and traveled/paid accordingly, but it won't look nearly so nice if she bloats up and stretches the damn thing right to hell.
