Symmastia happens when implants are placed too close to the midline of the chest and cause "uniboob" aka the pockets end up as one. The doctor put in breasts too big for a biological male too close together... basically but this can happen to women as well. Symmastia has grades of terrible with the last being pic below:

Given this fool is still healing there is still potential that his tits will basically do this. His surgeon should have placed them further away or done a smaller lower profile implant since his chest is already so high up.

Apparently it's work of the serbian butcher Miroslav L. Djordjevic and it's an "original technique of neophalloplasty/metoidioplasty, based on the repair of most severe forms of hypospadias with goal to improve results of urethral reconstruction and minimize complication rate in one stage repair".

There are some interesting stats of what procedures the patients they've had in a span of ten years got in the article.

People who thought it was a good idea to tamper with their endocrine systems will find themselves riddled with cancer. Untold numbers of men will need lifelong help with their rotting crotch wounds, not to mention all the skin-tube dicks.

If there's a day of reckoning when the institutions supporting gender transition finally have to own up to the fact that it doesn't work as advertised, the medical/pharma field will just say "We were following the research, we were trying to be woke, there was even an article in Nature!" and all will be forgiven, then they'll roll out billions worth of new drugs and treatments for the people they conned before. Goes to the hospital, they are unaware she's trans, thinks it's a miscarriage. The documentary then claims the procedure damaged her surgery, rendering her unable to have sex. Partner leaves and she's all alone and miserable. It's not a documentary about trans, I'm sure the procedure to stop bleeding is just the story they told her. Or the story to cover about the surgeries.
