They don't. If they exist, they exist in carefully framed and lit still images under an entire Walgreen's worth of makeup. The moment you see motion, see a shoulder, an Adam's apple, a hand, the length of a wrist, or hear a voice, the illusion is immediately shattered.
Humans are just too damn good at detecting the sex of another person, and our sexes are also fairly divergent in form.
The only, and I mean only, way a trans person passes is in a well put together image. It takes the same amount of movie magic for a trans person to pass as it takes for a movie monster to appear alive. And even then, we know that both are just an act.
Also, for the record, the terms heterosexual, bisexual, and homosexual are descriptive of behavior. If a woman who believes herself to be a homosexual found a man attractive, she would be a bisexual.
