Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Lowtax is in the middle of a divorce, where the custody of his daughter could get determined, and is ranting that he can’t get pain medications easily on Facebook.

I wonder if Ashli’s lawyer lurks here. This site beats any online private investigator.
I don't think Dickard does too much thinking.

I'm sure Dickard is on a list of every doctor in his area filed under "Drug seeking behavior".
I honestly doubt it. That area all of Missouri is filled with high levels of controlled prescriptions. If he can't get pills, he isn't looking hard enough.

Richard would have no problems getting prescribed Lyrica by an actual doctor during an actual doctor visit. He's been prescribed Lyrica before. Richard's just bitching because he doesn't want to go to that tiny bit of effort, he wants to sit on his stoned ass and order it off of the internet.

If he's going to a pain clinic wouldn't they already at least have him on gabapentin? Maybe Dick doesn't like how you have to eat half a bottle of those to get a buzz.

His exes do read this and apparently print out his retarded facebook posts and take them to court

Why do people go through so much money and effort to get shitty drugs like Lyrica and Gabapentin? Just go cop some balloons already.
So they can stay in denial. That is not a trivial thing for drug addicts. They start heroin when the need to not get dope sick outweighs the need to pretend they aren't addicted to drugs.

lyrica and gabapentin are the same class of drug (GABA analogs) and do the same thing. Most people can't get high off of either thing and just get sleepy when they take it. These drugs are also used to help people who are addicted to benzos come off of high doses of those drugs, since GABA analogs can prevent seizures through a similar mechanism as benzos and alcohol. The trade name for gabapentin is neurontin, but it has a nicname of "morontin" because it makes people feel so fucking dumb when they take it.
How the hell did he get neuropathy did he go into hypovolemic shock because of dehydration from excessive drinking or does he have diabetes? Maybe he's just making shit up as drug seeking behaviour.
Neuropathy isn't that uncommon, carpal tunnel syndrome and sciatica are both types of it. Most people find that the pain is less debilitating than being sedated on drugs. They often end up choosing between sleeping or having pain.

The diagnostic process for nerve pain is generally to have a patient describe their pain and what (if anything) relieves it. If it fits a certain profile then you get diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, and if you give a high enough number on the pain scale the doctor will give you a script for gabapentin. There isn't a good way to test for peripheral neuropathy, so its basically your say so.

Also, lowtax doesn't care about the custody case anymore. It is pretty obvious that this whole thing was mostly about his mom wanting to see a grandchild, and still is. She is going to be the one to pay for the kid to visit, if it ever happens.

I think lowtax is one of those guys that figures if his drugs are prescribed then he's not an addict. He could be smoking pounds of weed and following it up with fent or whatever, but those are dirty street drugs for addicts.

We use MRIs, specifically neurography. Being a GABA analog isn't really directly relevant to gabapentinoids mechanism of action since they're in their own specific class of alpha-2-delta subunit calcium channel inhibitors. Not a similar mechanism of action to alcohol or benzos at all.

"Drug addicts with insurance whose dealer wears a white coat with a CVS nametag on it" is exactly what "the opioid crisis" is, but good luck getting anyone currently in the throes of untreated addiction to understand that the people using that phrase aren't talking about "someone else."

When he started started going woke?

He's the guy who banned "nigger" on SA which was the beginning of censorship on the site. In like 2003.

...said no one, ever.
Could you imagine if he got rid of a forum because some of its posters talked about Jews too much, lol that would be so pathetically woke

However, he's back in the saddle as of right now!

Also, he says he has peripheral nerve damage in his feet now.
