I'm going to preface this by explaining that psychology has a lot of guesswork involved in it. The human mind is frankly weird and even people who spend their entire life studying that shit don't have the clearest answers as to why things go haywire sometimes, they merely know that certain things may cause it in certain people.

Disclaimer stated, I think a lot of this gets into the problem of what happens when already unstable people get told stuff is a social construct. In general for the average person it doesn't result in a breakdown of their world view or morality. But if you take someone who already lacks a strong sense of self and tell them that the basis of their self was always socially constructed and they can just be something else - such as a boy who is told he can just be a girl now because that term has no biological basis and is just a term we use because its easy and convenient. The unspoken that happens with some people, like Labelle and probably Kevin Gibes, is that once you start meddling with concepts just being social constructs a lot of things start unraveling. They never had a strong sense of self, so no strong sense of morality, and suddenly society's morality isn't something hard and fast for them that must be abided by.
If the mainstream was lying to you about gender all this time (in their minds) then everything is now suspect. Including exactly how shameful being a deviant is. Sex rules are often tied up in gender norms, and as a result things that we think are shameful become less so when that no longer matters to you.

Diagnosing something like a personality disorder online is almost impossible. You're getting a carefully curated view of the person (scary when you think about some of these peoples) and it doesn't give you an entire picture. There's a lot of rich fantasy life shit going on when people post, and they're going to only show what they think makes them look best so it results in stuff you'd think of as narcissism because there's nothing to off-set it like their insecurities or whatever they are dealing with in RL. I know that a lot of these fucks tend to have cluster B disorders, but I'm more inclined to think its BPD and that was results in their insane attention seeking behavior as well as why the idea of saying "transwomen are different than bio women" is so insanely insulting to them. They already have almost no sense of self and whatever they constructed for themselves is directly attacked by this statement, and this is why they frame it as actual violence in their mind.

Way back when Billy posted one of his multiple comics encouraging trans people to be dishonest on dates about their trans status, it became pretty clear to me that he had to have some form of PTSD from a potential CSA memory. CSA manifests itself in weird ways, as does any form of abuse, but I began wondering if he began drawing these comics as a means of preventing himself from actually *going there*. Considering he was in the process of transitioning and also had been apparently let go for being creepy towards kids, it would make sense.

This is also why I detect lots of projection in even seemingly innocuous comics. That one poster where Stephie is all like "No, you're sexualizing transness" is one of the biggest "NO U"s I've ever seen in hindsight.
