He moved out of his house and is living alone. i am not sure how exactly it works in America but since he doesn't understand "financial jargon" he hasn't been speaking about it too much other then it is around 650$ with utilities payed. He recently has been complaining about some latinos with 4 kids next neighbors screaming a lot so it is probably some shithole like a motel.
