I'm really curious about the endangerment charges, and why they mention a vehicle next to his name. I'm guessing Len tried to sideswipe the railroad workers with his truck when they were confronting him about trespassing, much like the July 4th lantern incident.

But would that be endangerment, or attempted assault?

I think it would absolutely hysterical if Len's own pictures were used as evidence against him. Lawyer Kiwis, if Len gets them introduced into evidence, can the prosecution use them against him?

When he took them, etc.) that would prevent either side from introducing them over the other's objection. But if Len introduces them and stipulates to their provenance ("Yes you're honer I taked dose dere photos and dey prove I ain't trespassin."), I see no reason why the prosecution would object.

Wow, I go away for a few days and Lenny hits 600+ pages!

To elaborate on his work ethic, when he was the "co-lead" (a title he bestowed on himself) on the DL&W 565 project at Steamtown, he videotaped more than he worked and mostly bossed other people around while doing so. That's when he wasn't creeping on female visitors and/or employees.

Of course his sock puppet back then was one "Joseph Conrad" a retired engineer who once worked for the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad and its predecessor, the DL&W. Of course "Joe" could never spell his former employer's name correctly and always typed "Eire-Lackawanna".

This was all, of course, before he got banned for impersonating federal official. The stolen parts issue came afterwords.

I'm glad Knight Rider is back, Lenny is always much more entertaining when he plays someone else.
