Conrad Aaron Collins / Diginée / Digibro / Digibrony / Otaku Gonzo Journalism & the Pro Crastinators Podcast - Pedophile, Two-Faced Weeaboo Ponyfag Youtube Analyst Who Wants to be a Loli + Drama, Friends & Enemies

This is pretty rough, what's the over/under on when Digitroon will have to move back into his parents house? I'm thinking that he's going to put out content which nobody will watch, even Kiwifarms and dedicated alogs like Cameron Clarke will get bored of alogging. People are just going to move on, his only source of income at the moment are people gawking at the car crash that is his life, people who forgot their Patreon login and people who feel sorry for him.

Khantent is a complete failure to launch, they've been doing it for over a year and the views they get clearly don't justify it's continuation. I wonder if Digitroon has crossed the rubicon where if he went back to making high effort anime analysis videos would his old fans even come back at this point?

Its a hole. High quality content like that needs a core audience of fans to boost it in the first place. Years of spamming literal garbage has made subs wary of Digibro videos.

The YouTube algorithm can probably tell that his videos have a low engagement rate so his videos are probably not even shown to most of his subscribers.

You can't get back from something like this. As you mentioned, the only people who watch his content are people that love him no matter what and us. He is algorithmically dead. And I'm probably not the only one to say that even if he were to return to his former self I wouldn't give a fuck. You don't piss in the mouths of those that pay you.

Even if he were to stop transitioning, regrow the beard and started doing his former gig again I wouldn't give be so quick to sub again, let alone patreon him. He would have to tell Riley to fuck off and make amends to his former fanbase, go to rehab and put his own current persona on blast.

The older you get, the harder it is to change. And we are talking almost a full 180 here mind you. I'm not even saying AA combined with rehab would prohibit him from using even again, but I know his type as I'm a kindred spirit. There are people who can use in mederation and those who can't. I can't and Digi can't either. So when I do weed, I don't buy weed to roll blunts myself or burn in a bong. I get two pre-rolls for the weekend and then I quit again for 5 days. Will I get more next weekend? Depends on the plans and or business, but it prevents withdrawal and tolerance buildup.

Honestly the best thing for Digi at the moment would be to get a job for two or three days a week part-time at the moment as that would not allow him to be buzzed 24/7 (even if he claims he doesn't do that anymore). As I learned myself about two years ago, having those days where you are required to be sober will offer a ton of reflection. I'm glad I got out of that big ol' rut.

his only source of income at the moment are ... people who forgot their Patreon login
This is genuinely an interesting point. According to https://graphtreon.com/creator/digibro , Digi still has 480 patreons with an average donation amount of $2.70. I wonder how many of them actually just forgot that they patreon Digi, and don't notice the -$2 each month? Same with subscribers: he has 333k subscribers, but most of them seem to be either dead accounts or they just all totally ignore Digi's videos, as the latest ones have 1-5k views (which is .3%-1.5% engagement rate).

It's sad honestly, since Khantent is clearly an effort to achieve some level of mainstream success by covering shows like Attack on Titan, Dr Stone, etc. I actually want Nate/BestGuyEver to succeed, since as autistic as he is, he's really a likable guy, and he had a period where he was working his ass of for Youtube. Now though, his last real video on his own channel was 3 months ago, so I don't know what his plans for the future are.

just got this comment on one of my videos and it checks out. Riley's been shilling this garbage on twitter for a while already, and while he is absolutely incompetent, I wouldn't put it past him to be able to scam some literally who rapper out of some cash like this. I just wonder how much the guy is paying (and if he realizes his music is being shilled on a pedophilic pony youtuber's platform). Hopefully enough to pay their rent!

Great find. This context actually makes a lot of sense. It's not hard to imagine a no-name rapper paying to have his music on a channel with over 300k subs (provided they don't know it's a disgraced Chinese cartoon channel with 0 engagement), and it makes Riley's actions of yes-manning for Digi make a lot more sense.

Go sub to his Big Brads's channel! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl0eYgMJfgtEoWbxYBsh29A

I don't really get why Digi, if he wants to move on, doesn't make a new channel, those negative views are enterally going to algorithm nuke him.
He got lucky one time and it was a fluke that he hasn't been able to repeat. He even tried to use his success to help everyone else in the PCP become successful but he failed miserably.

Februar numbers are out.

I promised to bring back the "Happenings" once something happens.

Here is 2020 in full.

Overall a slight plus thanks to the temporary boost the e-begging gave him.

The KHANTEHNT number requires some explanation. They don't state the goal anymore. It had been $1000 so far which they had almost reached before they dropped the number, So it looks like it's $2000 now, with 50.5% being $1010 and as always assuming Conrad's share is half of it. Adding up their subscribers (not shown) you end up at $1,120 which fits nicely when you substract 10% for subscribestar.

I hold this extremely small amount of hope that Nate will get invited onto an episode of Trash Taste (mass-appeal anime podcast), exploding his sub count and allowing him to finally separate himself from Digi.
Digi has had interactions with Gigguk in the past, and Jackisboy (appears on Khantehnt occasionally) seems to know the guys on Trash Taste personally.

As unlikely as it is, I'd love to see Nate leverage these connections and get himself the mainstream exposure he deserves.

You know, I was going to make a snarky post saying that I don't think Nate deserves mainstream exposure but then I thought about all of the more mainstream creators and they don't really do much better than he does. Sure, they might have a faster schedule for pumping out videos and higher production quality but they can afford to hire people to delegate tasks to. I've enjoyed some of his content before and back when I listened to the PCP he was the only one who made that podcast listenable. Right now he's also the least likely member of the PCP to troon out.

Nate fucking doesnt make videos though it doesnt matter how much exposure he gets
Cdawgva has a regular upload schedule, daily twitch stream, and a weekly podcast that always gets released on time. Nate streams mayyyyybe 2 hours a week and uploads one 90 second meme video every month or 2.

This, you guys need to stop simping for Nate. He's lazy as fuck and he has shit business sense judging from his continued work with Digi. Being a based objectivist and lifting is no excuse. Also his posture is whack LMAO.

I suspect that Nate, like Digi, is too burnt out to seriously give a shit about anime anymore. Khantent has as much creative thought put into it as those ponyanalysis videos during the peak of the brony community, except those at the very least were more visually stimulating. It's abundantly clear just by watching one video that they have nothing interesting to add regarding incomplete currently airing seasonals and are just doing it to make a quick buck. There's a reason Digi used to hold back on analyzing anime until after they had already been concluded. Lots of things about an anime can change over the course of its one or two-cour run, so it's better to wait and review it as one product.

Whatever work ethic and creativity he once had is long gone, or has been diverted to his job as a programmer. No amount of anitube connections is gonna change the fact that he no longer has anything going for him nor any willingness to change. If that wasn't the case, he would've realized that Khantent was a stupid idea right from the get-go and dedicated himself to more productive ventures.

Nate seems to be going through the same burnout every Youtuber, who has made a videos for over 5 years, is going though. He's just not as passionate now that his "dream" has become reality, and that making career out of endlessly talking about anime and cartoons is getting very old now that the honeymoon is over. More than likely, he needs to step away from content creation and figure out what he really wants from life, and not continually tell himself that this is always what he dreamed of. Nate is really the only one of Digi's crew that I hope gets his shit together, simply because he was smart enough to get a few of his ducks in order before throwing his life at the content creation game. I think he can succeed more in life if he takes a step back and asks himself what he really wants.

Objectivism is an ideology where nerds pretend they're sociopaths. And yeah, Nate has a middle-aged soccer mom physique.

If Nate is the stable, business-minded guy I think he is, he is putting on a confident face to make Khantent watchable, but screaming inside every day that he quit his old life and moved across the country just to have his business partner become a junkie troon. Although the junkie part was a long time coming. I expected a gradual decline for Digi the moment I heard him mention weed on his channel. Some people can handle it as a hobby; Digi's not that type.

See, this is why I never tried making a career out of Youtube (Anitube or otherwise). If you do it long enough, eventually you will just run yourself into the ground and get burned out. It's easy to say "follow your passion" but when that passion becomes your job, you eventually lose your drive. It happens to everyone, especially in such a competitive space as Youtube. I don't understand why people try to play the content creation game because it just seems so exhausting, especially if it's not a career known for its stability. I always looked at anime as a hobby; if you make it your job, doesn't that just suck all the fun out of it?

Over the years I've heard plenty of vidya/anime video creators (not just Digi) and streamers admit that after a long enough time you will think of every game, movie and show as a potential source of revenue. This kills passion.
