A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Hogwarts Legacy, an upcoming action RPG developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment under its Portkey Games label, is scheduled for release for Microsoft Windows, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S in 2022.

In the game, which is set in the late 1800s in the Wizarding World, players can select their character’s voice, body type and placement in the school dormitories, which is seen as a step forward following a series of transphobic comments from series creator J.K. Rowling.

At the start of the game, players will be able to create a character that has a masculine or feminine voice, regardless of their body type, according to sources familiar with the game’s development. Players can then choose either witch or wizard, which will determine their dorm assignment at Hogwarts and how they are addressed.

In June, Rowling, 55, was accused of transphobia after responding to a story titled: Opinion: Creating a more equal post-COVID-19 world for people who menstruate. Her tweet read, “‘People who menstruate’. I’m sure there used to be a word for those people. Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?”

In a follow-up comment, she wrote, “If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction. If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased. I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth.”

Rowling, who is reportedly not directly involved in the game's development, was quickly denounced by several of the Harry Potter film’s stars, including Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson. In addition, members of the game’s development team rejected the author’s transphobia and insisted that Hogwarts Legacy be inclusive by enabling character customization.

One of the most profitable film franchises, the Harry Potter series is the third-highest grossing of all time, with $7.7 billion in revenue. Meanwhile, Rowling has sold more than half a billion books, more than any author in history.

Last month, gaming journalist Liam Robertson revealed that Troy Leavitt, a senior producer at Avalanche, had posted dozens of YouTube videos attacking feminism and “social justice.” He also supported Gamergate, a group of gamers known to harass progressive journalists and game developers. After Leavitt’s actions were disclosed, ResetEra, one of the largest gaming forums, implemented “a total ban on threads for promotional media” for Hogwarts Legacy.

God, the seething. You’d think Rowling collectively murdered all these journalists’ childhoods-well, in their eyes she did since they only read one book series as kids.

This game is gonna be shit, any overly woke game is shit. They use virtue signaling to compensate for poor game design. A shame, I’m a big nerd for games where I get to play a magic user and I’ve wanted a good 3d Harry Potter game for a while. Guess I’ll stick to replaying the gba Philosopher’s Stone game.

Not going to work they want the game dead but knowing worst that people need to realize :story:

:informative: its called a Licence so either she gets payed up front or in Royalities best just take the game ask for HP lovecraft start screen : that we do not share the views of JK Rolling Trans rights are human rights.

That is all you have to do.

it's literally just the character creator. All they did was unrestrict certain voices, you've been able to make bearded ladies in games for decades now. Hell monster hunter even allowed you to. It's like saying that Dark Souls has a trans friendly character creator because you can make rainbow colored blobs that barely pass for human.

So what spell does the Troon cast to keep the post op wound from healing or do they Troon out via magic?

-Joshua Moon, Bad at Video Games (Tell Me Why)
Rowling did a Q&A and said that any normie disease can be fixed by magic, so there wouldn't be magical troons. They'd fix that brain retardism with a spell. Or if not that then a potion probably. In the final book a few girls drank the potion that turned them into Harry. So imagine weird kinky sex shit happens all the time in Harry Potter with that sort of stuff. It's a British book so everyone is repressed as fuck in it.
