Maybe I'm missing something, but its not what the twitter user is thinking. His logic (if his other cartoons are to be believed) was that if America stayed out of the war, the Nazis would eventually invade the US. I think.

America First was an isolationist anti-war group who opposed any American involvement in Europe. That comic is saying that if you oppose intervention, then you are complacent with Nazis, and if you are complacent with Nazis, then you might as well be a Nazi.
The party was dissolved a couple days after Pearl Harbor happened so even ignoring that the original cartoon was literal propaganda, it's used in a completely different context that doesn't apply to modern politics unless you think not wanting to bomb Iraq or bash the fash makes you a Nazi. Then again, a lot of people do think that.
The dissolution after Pearl Harbor is pretty good evidence that America First were not in fact Nazi supporters, and that people's opinions on how we should deal with issues are not set in stone and can change over time as new circumstances arise. We don't like that though, because we want everything to be black and white, because then the world becomes very easy to understand.

Probably the America First Committee, which contained open Nazi sympathizers like Charles Lindbergh, who spoke at their events, and which vehemently opposed the U.S. entering World War II on the side of the Allies.
Many of them were not merely complacent about Nazis, but openly enthusiastic about them.

Im probably late, but old cartoons werent targetted towards children, they were played in theaters before movies started.

While it is true that theaters aired those cartoons before the main show was shown, it was still quite well understood at the time that children were especially drawn to cartoon characters. As early as the 50s they were making cheap toy projectors that would show clips of cartoons like that that were very obviously aimed at children. Tobacco companies had it figured out very early that kids especially like cartoons. They didn't make stuff like this for adults to read.

This is a bog standard leftist trick. Claim something isn't X, or people have a bias against X, and more moderate lefties will instinctively flinch and go further X to overcompensate. It's related to the empathy trap, wherein some member of diversity bingo will shout "IST" at a leftist to get them to flinch and give them shit or obey them.
As for Archive.is, apparently he's experiencing what amounts to a DDOS. Lots of what appears to be automated submissions. Plus, there are performance issues with the site. I know some sites now have anti-archive.is code that causes any attempt to archive them to just get caught in a loop and never finish.

Because it's not afrocentric, aka, it's not black enough for them. That's the real complaint. They don't give a shit that it was really made by Arabic scholars or Asian scholars or that there's not really any such thing as "white." Schools teach it from "white people" scholars in books who have refined the ideas over centuries, and there's way too many white people in those books. And after all, the only POSSIBLE reason for that is because systemic racism kept the supernegros from filling those books with glorious superior afromath. In other words, they were kangs and sheet and the great big brained supernegros left them math that the whites stole from them before stealing their super melanin and putting them in mud huts.
But if you boil it down to it's pure essence... Math is modernism, and post-modernists want to destroy that. Facts and logic and reasoning built the modern world but post-modernists feel that their dreams and feelings and hopes should amount to the same amount. (Because they "feel" that Marxism should work, logic and reason be damned.) Plus something-something-power dynamics -- I.e., they're getting cultural power over you, so by god, they're gonna force your kids to be retarded because they have the power and that means they're right.
You can pick your poison -- they want to sabotage the Western world out of spite, hoping they drive us into mud and shit huts too which would make the Native Africans being permanently societally retarded somehow acceptable, or they're suffering from dunning kruger and are too stupid to realize they're too stupid to speak on these matters, or they're just supremely racist against white skinned people and want to fuck us over because REEEEEEEEEEE. Either way you look at it, they're not acting in good faith and should not only be shut down, they should be actively stomped into the pavement whenever they crop up as a warning to others.
