Someone already asking this but did EN Manager is totally shit on their work?
I wouldn’t said incompetent, I’ll say they don’t know what to do with this new business concept.

Hololive is still consider a startup so I doubt they have enough capital to get managers with long resumes on their current roster. I don’t know the SOP Hololive push out but chance is it’s more lean on reactive as well as just take care of archive VODs to make sure no copyright problematic. It sounded they are extremely short on staffs and every Gen has at least 1 manager and EN has 2, one for the 3 NAs girl and 1 for Calli and Kiara. Now with Kiara move to EU, they might need some manager base in EU should we have a few EU girls or Vsingers in EU down the line (keep your eyes out for those job ads)
Instead of reactive, they should be more proactive and hire a few market researchers etc. and proactively contact publishers with the end goal is to have a huge library of songs and games that the girls can have access to all the time and not resort to just simply Meincraft whenever they ran out of things to play or rely heavily on free songs or their own original songs during karaoke etc. also maybe go as far as experimenting established Hololive E-sport teams (this years proof that major esport events can be online which players play from their home without hiccup).
Overall, they are little bit passive and waiting for publishers to contact them first vs taking the initiative.

During Vshojo debuts many people here (including me) were doomposting about this company breaking apart in the next 6 months, but so far they seem to be doing fine...? Interesting.
Honestly, the Vshojo doomposting was getting really cringe for a while. People were downing them just to down them, when people should have at least been cautiously optimistic since this meant Hololive and Nijisanji getting at least some form of formal English competition. Seriously, each of the four original members were good enough to basically succeed on their own, and Vshojo hasn't really done more than formalize their relationship and give them the same formal backing corporate vtubers have. Of all the indie Vtubers, they were the ones most likely to succeed and not collapse utterly. It got even worse when people started trying to shit on the talent. The only talent I would say is worth really shitting on is Zentreya, and that mainly because "she" can't keep "her" politics to herself, but at least they keep it corralled to Twitter.
She's talked about her sister before and I honestly think she based Coco Kaine off her. Her sister would barge into her place unannounced smelling like last night's orgy (or as Coco put it: smoke, alcohol and men), pass out on her bed, and stink up her sheets. Coco's one rule about that is that she needed to take a shower before laying down...so her sister would just strip instead, as if that got rid of all the orgy stench.
I didn't even realize Coco had a sister till today. Sounds like her sis is either a jaded club girl, or, as someone intimated, she could be a stripper or Go-go dancer.

Wait zentreya is political I just didn't like him/her? Because of the voice

Since we already talking about her. The latest info is she's married. And divorced. And have a kid. Coco say her sister is independent and would never ask her for money, so I'm now picturing a cool single mom chain-smoking Coco Kaine.

Tall order for a bunch of normies, chief.
4 normies and Ina. She's built like 90% of the resource farms in the server so far, with Ame's PPP tower being an unintended, indirect source of other random but necessary mats such as strings, bonemeal, arrows, etc.

A lot of what you describe makes sense but we all know how Japanese companies are very backward and hierarchical - with lots of what you outlined likely above the paygrade of EnMa who's main responsibility is likely limited to managing/tard-wrangling the three NA EN girls. Note that most of the EN girls sponsorship deals at this point has primarily been with Japanese companies (Kadokawa/Bookwalker, Princess Connect) despite their explosive growth as a gen, so that's a clear indicator of where the main shots as far as deals/partnerships are being called.

And TBH, you're not getting most Japanese companies to be proactive unless you throw a shit ton of analytics and specific data their way. The EN gen would need an advocate within Cover's upper management itself in order to grant them the kind of business leeway that you just outlined. When they can't even be bothered to properly deal with the Coco (one off their biggest superchat earners) anti situation by hiring mods and have her resort to letting her own simps manage her chat stream, that's not a good indicator of a company with proactive management.

unless kiara starts to stream forklift simulator doubt there's much to gain from german speakers (although from what I hear when mates mention it the supply is very ripe for the picking).
also lots of historical animosity and other stuff due to EU shenanigans, the frenchies probably will never watch a german stream where they might watch an english one, but like the germans they suck at english, so either way not worth the trouble.

europe isn't a unified market, which makes catering to it difficult and individually are most likely not worth it. best course would probably get more bilinguals which can do some stuff on the side.
This is why we need HoloBalkans. Everyone can be entertained by their constant bickering and colorful insults.

..... They haven't even beaten the Ender Dragon, though?
Here's timestamps of her talking about the subject on that stream:
In the first clip, she says they didn't want to progress without everyone involved and second one she talking more listlessly about her not knowing exactly what her issue is. She continues after the epic llama fight a little bit. I think she does want to play, but she feels that the freedom of what she can do in-game is constrained either by the audience or her genmates or lack of genmates. She want's to be a flakey weirdo and is worried she isn't allowed to be a flakey weirdo.

Someone already asking this but did EN Manager is totally shit on their work?
Coco said EN management has not replied to her about wanting to collab with HoloEN members. They didn't tell her no, they just didn't reply back. Otherwise, there's no real information on anything else the managers have done, just speculation. Oh, except for some dude asking Marine to say the thing, which was tacky and reddit-tier.

Oh, finally found the Coco clip: https://streamable.com/4u1o75
