100% agree. Greg was already on the heavy side when he started dating June - my bet is that eating is one of his coping mechanism, and he did after all gain a significant amount of weight while being with her. Ending their joke of a relationship must have been the best thing he had done for himself.

He was definitely half the problem. But it’s coming on a year after their breakup, Shoe has been catfished pathetically by a “stwong alpha male”, tried to ape Belle Delphine at age 29 and had retarded nudes released- Greg has refreshed his channel, lost weight, found love, and appears to be happy. I really would have bet on Greg being the negative force but it’s panning out that it was her.

A wrong company could and often does worsen one's previous condition. Given they both met as two idiots incapable of "adulting", I seriously wouldn't be surprised if this was the case for them. Think about it as the one toxic friend who brings the worst out of everyone else in the friends' group, until you decide to ditch them.
Clearly, they only have themselves to blame for what their life had become, but staying together for so long when they clearly had a bad influence over one another didn't help, either.

I never realised I wanted this to happen until I thought he would probably make a tweet acknowledging it.
It helps that he has genuinely improved in life with a healthier looking relationship, he is physically doing better and his content has at the very least not significantly dropped in quality. Unlike shoe who is doing worse on all three fronts.
