Yep, Phil will only get physically violent if he's confident he's either much bigger and stronger than the other person, or has some kind of advantage keeping him safe from retaliation (like pepper spraying someone from a distance and while he's safely hidden behind a wall of people). He's a coward and a bitch. So far he's bullied little kids who were half his age, beaten his disabled and wheelchair-bound mother for asking him to stop wasting money on cosplay shit and help with the bills, his disabled middle-aged GF for wanting kids, and I think another GF who was much smaller than him while they were walking down the street. Despite Phil being a disgusting freak who shits his pants like a baby, doesn't like to wipe his ass, never bathes, and who has revolting green shit growing on his feet like a goblin, I doubt he's Nick Bate levels of degenerate. LOL "adequate food and adequate clothing". By whose metric? Who decides what is "adequate"? Because I can promise you that if Phil were living in Chinkland and forced to live off the amount of food that the CCP allotted for him to live on, he would bitch about it not being "adequate".

Three meals a day consisting of a bowl of rice, some pickled vegetables, maybe some beans or fresh cabbage and occasionally a scrap of meat or fish to go with it.

By the second meal he'd be crying out for a pizza.
