Some banks use it just tied in through their online portal. You essentially email people money, it's a pretty straightforward process.

My theory would be that he's now trying to get in good with Ursula like he does with Boozy. And he does it in his usual Lou manner by hovering close by and grunting, then resenting that the person can't be bothered to reward them by letting them into their inner circle. He has no idea what he's retweeting, he's just hoping new senpai will notice him, which is why he made sure to retweet the entire thread rather than just the first part so Ursula could see all of his "so-and-so retweeted you!" notices.

It's not even just the cows who claim everything we say is lies, but if something is true you can find a better source. If we give actual advice, rather than just pointing out his stupidity, he has to ignore it because that information is forever tainted by having been said here, even if other sources later say the same thing.

These are just the screenshots but the archives link to the whole full thread showing Lou in full creep mode. DurrnDragon seems to be one of Lou's latest special friends. A quick glance shows me that he's into that hyper muscled look and giant city sized stomping characters. So I'm going to also guess that Durrn is on one of the discord servers Lou is spending his time on. He might have given Lou money, or Lou sees him as someone to get money out of so he's being sunshine and rainbows and is entirely unaware of how creepy gross he is coming across.
