A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Sarah Hannett, barrister representing the government, told the court that “no centralised list is kept” by the Ministry of Justice. “It is entirely possible that there are individuals with a GRC that the prison system doesn’t know about,” she said. “Unless they choose to disclose that fact [that they have a GRC], and they are under no obligation to, we simply may not know about them.”
Well that's a right fucking mess you've gotten yourself into, isn't it?

Why do they all have that stupid fucking grin?

She looks like a nerdy lesbian and does not pass as male at all.

She's not going to survive her internship.

The only humour in medicine is black humour and she's going to get triggered every time consultants want to talk shit and blow off steam. She won't get a good recommendation from her supervisors and she'll default back into tranny medical research or become a GP. That's if she doesn't detransition out of embarrassment or 41% herself.

Medicine is absolutely fucking gruelling once you move into clinical rotations. Having a fucking whiny meltdown about your own God damn name? :story::story::story:
It's girlfriend is not a looker either...Jesus Christ these people are a walking stereotype.

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — A transgender internet influencer has generated a firestorm of criticism in Taiwan's medical community for posting photos of an alleged experimental "pregnancy."

On Thursday evening (Feb. 18 ), 28-year-old transgender internet celebrity Chiang Chia-wen (江嘉文), who goes by the handle Wang Yao (罔腰), posted a photo showing her abdomen starting to protrude and an alleged ultrasound appearing to show a fetus. In her post, Chiang cryptically wrote, "The reason why I have been going out less with my friends recently is I am preparing to retreat."

Chiang's boyfriend, Wu Hung-i (吳泓逸), who goes by the handle "Pineapple," posted a photo of her belly and wrote, "It is said that pointed (bellies) mean that it's a boy, rounded (bellies) mean it's a girl. You're an ox." Chiang also uploaded a photo of an ultrasound printout that appears to indicate that it was taken at Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital (KMUH).

Many netizens expressed doubts that such a pregnancy was possible, especially since they did not believe Chiang had undergone a uterus transplant. Wu then claimed on Instagram the pregnancy was the result of an expensive experimental procedure.

Liu Yueh-ping (劉越萍), head of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's (MOHW) Department of Medical Affairs told CNA that pregnancy without a uterus is "absurd." He emphasized that no trial case of uterus transplantation has been approved in Taiwan and the incident will be investigated.

Liu said that although there is one hospital that has applied to the ministry to carry out uterus transplant experiments on humans, it has yet to receive approval due to ethical concerns and its implications under the Artificial Reproduction Act. He said that it is unlikely that any hospital would be willing to expose itself to the legal risks involved in carrying out such a high-risk procedure.

(Positron's translation: "They say it's a boy if it is perky, a girl if it is round. You're a little Ox for sure 😂". Also note the absence of scars that you'd expect in any major pelvic surgery: transgenders are fucking dumb.)

The official stressed that all pregnancies, whether natural or via a surrogate, must take place in the uterus. Abdominal ectopic pregnancies, such as could be the case with Chiang, are very dangerous and could cause death at any time, said Liu.

She said that because of the high mortality rate associated with abdominal pregnancies and the low survival rate of the fetus, doctors usually take swift action to terminate the pregnancy. She then criticized the internet celebrity for acting as if it was "no big deal," and said that it was inappropriate to mislead the public with such a stunt.

Famed obstetrician Su Yi-ning (蘇怡寧) responded to Chiang's controversial "pregnancy" on Facebook by writing "based on medical common sense, I just have one comment, I wish you the best, but don't talk nonsense."

Regarding the printout of the ultrasound image, KMUH denied having any medical record of Chiang or documentation of her undergoing treatment at the gynecology and obstetrics department. The department head, Lung Cheng-yu (龍震宇) said the ultrasound image Chiang posted did not follow the format used by the hospital.

Lung added that without a uterus, the odds of pregnancy occurring and an infant reaching full term are infinitesimal. On Friday (Dec. 19), Centers for Disease Control Deputy Director-General Philip Lo (羅一鈞) warned that if any of Chiang's posts advertise medical services, she could face a fine of up to NT$250,000 for violating Article 84 of the Medical Care Act (醫療法).

In addition, the MOHW said that if it was found that Chiang had spread false information, she could face charges for violating the Social Order Maintenance Act (社會秩序維護法). The ministry said it will investigate the incident and determine the appropriate penalties, if necessary.

How nice, playing along with the delusions.
Ectopic pregnancies still need an egg cell to happen.

He clearly hates everything about himself. Is there anything natural even left? Tranny, hair dyed and opaque contacts to hide his natural colouring, obvious plastic surgery to try look more Caucasian, now faking a pregnancy too? Of course he's lying about a transplant but I'm sure there are Dr. Frankenstein lunatics out there who'd be willing to actually try it someday. I hope to God this freak never manages to adopt or hire a surrogate

Bullshit he DOESN'T actually look like that. Stop getting fooled by camera filters.

Dude is just attention whoring just like the other insane troon who pretends to be pregnant.

I like that nobody thinks it's weird that there are more Gen Z LGBTQ+ people than black people. 16% doesn't SOUND like much, but it's higher than 13%.

It's one of the reasons why "self-identification" studies are almost immediately always thrown out by actual science except when to show that people's perceptions of reality are different than actual reality. For example, when they did a study on why people couldn't lose weight, they gave them "doubly weighted water" to actually measure, and then had them log/report what they thought they ate, and usually people underestimated by 30% to 50%. It's also why fat acceptance crazies and half of "My 600 Lb Life" says that "the doctor doesn't know my body as well as I do", while meanwhile they've literally eaten themselves to either partial or full immobility which makes them the WORST judge of their own bodies.

A slight fat acceptance spergout here, but there is a lot of cross over between FA movement and trans (most prominent fat activists are super obese women that all seem to have some sort of LGBTQ identity as well), so it fits here.

Either I'm misreading it or it says 16% of generation Z, not of the entire US population. Still unbelievably high though, I agree.

No, that's what it says. Maybe I misspoke.

There's still more LGBTQ+ people of Gen Z age than black people of Gen Z age. Unless the population of black people in Gen Z has skyrocketed and I wasn't informed.

In before easy joke about how the life expectancy for the average black people is around 30 anyway.

One more for the Oh Canada file. Prisoner identifies as female, wants to be transferred to women's prison the same day, files suit with BC Human Rights Tribunal.

Sandve was incarcerated at Surrey Pretrial from October 24, 2017 to January 22, 2018.

Sandve identified as female on November 20, 2017.

The inmate on that day filled out a B.C. Corrections request form, stating: “I am a female and wish to be treated as such. I’d like access to female clothing and also I’d like to be transferred to ACCW.”

Sandve told the tribunal about being detained at a sectioned-off area of the jail.

“While separately confined, she says male inmates slipped offensive and derogatory notes and drawings under her door, and asked her for sexual favours,” Prince related.

While in jail, Sandve was strip-frisked by male staff.

When Sandve asked for a female guard to do a frisk, a woman on duty allegedly said something like: "eww, I’m not doing it”.

I can't find what he was charged with, or whether he was ultimately convicted.

They have major things in common and are both deranged cults that deny obvious physical reality.

Under a new law, transgender youth in Alabama could not be treated with puberty-blockers, hormone therapy or surgery. The state Senate voted to make the treatment a felony on Tuesday.

Senators voted 23-4 to approve the measure, dubbed the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act, sponsored by Republican Senator Shay Shelnutt. The bill now heads to the state House of Representatives, which has already approved a companion bill.

The two bills would make it a felony for medical professionals to treat transgender minors under the age of 19 with gender-affirming care. Violators could face up to 10 years in prison or a $15,000 fine.

The bill also requires school staff in the state to disclose to parents that "a minor's perception that his or her gender is inconsistent with his or her sex." Essentially, teachers would be required to "out" transgender students to their guardians — regardless of whether they are ready to do so.

"Children aren't mature enough to make these decisions on surgeries and drugs," Shelnutt told The Associated Press. "The whole point is to protect kids."

While similar measures have been considered across the country, Alabama would be the first state to pass such a bill. Parents, members of the transgender communities and medical experts opposed to the bills say it is dangerous, and that lawmakers do not understand the already difficult process to receive gender-affirming care.

The bills run "counter to medical science, prevailing standards of treatment for transgender youth, and basic human dignity," the American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama said in a statement.

During Tuesday's debate, Shelnutt said that he has never spoken to a transgender youth before, adding that he did not know that such treatments were being done in the state when he introduced the bill last year, AP reports.

The Alabama ACLU, along with the Southern Poverty Law Center Action Fund, AIDS Alabama and several other groups, organized in-person and visual protests against the bills on Tuesday.

"Lawmakers are insisting that they know what's best for transgender young people and ignoring the recommendations of medical experts, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association, and more," Allison Scott, a director at the Campaign for Southern Equality, said in a statement Tuesday. "It's effectively endangering many possible lifelines for a transgender child: Under this bill they can't go to their doctor for help, and they can't seek counsel or comfort from their teachers or school staff."

The House is also currently considering House Bill 391, which would ban trans youth from playing on school sports teams that align with their gender identity.

"This legislation will endanger young trans lives in Alabama. It contradicts the consensus of major medical associations and the overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how affirming transgender and nonbinary youth in their identities reduces suicide risk and improves health," Sam Brinton, VP of Advocacy and Government Affairs at the LGBTQ organization The Trevor Project, said in a statement Wednesday.

"There's absolutely no 'compassion' in threatening doctors with imprisonment for providing trans youth with the best-practice care they need to survive and thrive," they added. "And there's no 'fairness' in sidelining a group of young people who already face significantly increased risk for rejection, bullying, and suicide."

:semperfidelis:
Again, make this a worldwide policy, please, for the love of God. I don't give a shit what you do when you become an adult, but children, by definition, are not mentally capable enough to make such a crucial decision in terms of their body, and the adverse affects will stick with them for pretty much all their life. The fact that this "movement" has even gained enough traction as it has not only makes me weep for humanity, but also makes me think that this is a slippery slope we do NOT want to go down (MAPs, anyone?).
