I think you're misunderstanding the three camps who push the "genitals don't matter" propaganda.

First camp is tween/teen/or adults mentally stuck at that age who have absolutely no sexual experience and have no idea what sex actually entails. They think of sex in manga/anime/movie terms where true love or lust just propels people into sex. These people are also more likely to identify as being asexual or aromantic because they aren't mature enough to realise that normal people aren't actually sex obsessed. These people are the only group that actually believes genitals don't matter because they have a distorted view of sex, attraction, and healthy relationships.

Second camp is just the Wokies ™ who just parrot the phrases for points knowing damn well that they're never going to have to participate in eating out a pus filled stinkditch or sucking on a necrotising corndog.
