Also "guys gals and nonbinary pals" the guy who said that instantly hit me as a colossal faggot so I immediately turned the video off.
Oh fucking hell, I loathe that saying with a passion. Whenever I hear someone use that in anything, be it a comment, a video, or any kind of introduction, I immediately click off.

It doesn't even rhyme well because they always shove "non-binary" in the middle.

An annoying new trend that I've been seeing lately IRL are people dancing or doing other attention-grabbing stunts in front of smartphones on mounts - in very public places like shopping centers.

One example that really stood out to me were these guys in front of a movie theater dancing to really loud rap music they had playing from some speaker, as a smartphone on a mount was recording them.

I guess people are really pushing to be "Internet Famous" nowadays. I miss the days before smartphones and people trying to "get monetized" on YouTube.
I live in a trendy part of the city, and pre-COVID (and sometimes still now,) you'd see people filming their bullshit IG/TikTok stunts in the street, dancing, doing some inane shit, all for that meaningless online clout from turd heads and retards.

They even look embarrassed when you walk by, so somewhere, deep inside their pin heads, they do realise they are truly mentally disabled attention whore fags.

seeing as it's the name of a part-british anime girl
that one does piss me off

plus I actually kinda like that name.

this is beyond amazing
the fact they know it but still do it for the chance of a bunch of views is... saying so much about today's world.

Holy fuck. Literally every single one of them.

It's not so much the terms themselves (as retarded as they are) but the vapidity and repetition. I hate repetition. I despise people who can't form a thought of their own and just regurgitate whatever they hear.

If I had to pick one—maybe it's already been mentioned—the phrase: "we need to start talking about ____" and it's always followed up by some generic-ass bullshit about bullying or racism. Bitch, if your dime-a-dozen sanctimonious fuckhole is whinging about it, there're thousands, if not millions of other basic twats Instagramming, tweeting, or TikToking it.

The people who use this phrase are always so condescending too, like the words dripping from their mouths are pure enlightenment. They're never talking about anything mindblowing, off-the-wall, or esoteric. It's just the same pathetic shit that only surprises children.

The overly smug "living rent free in your head" bit annoys me.

Yes, I have thoughts. Sometimes those thoughts are about things which displease me. Sometimes I express that displeasure. Its not some le epic own to point that out u fag.
Those are intrusive thoughts and everyone gets those. I think it's fair to say you're not the type of person they're referring to, it's more the faggots who won't mind their own business when someone's minding theirs and not hurting anyone.

Only Karens use the term Karen these days.

People not from/living in the (US) south using the term “y’all” drive me fucking crazy. Some people defend it as the only good way to truncate the words “you” and “all,” but fuck off. You could just as easily use the terms “yinz” or “yous (guys)” as well but we don’t because they also sound retarded.

There used to be a formal and informal “you” in English: “you” and “thou,” respectively, but this was done away with for some godforsaken reason.

What I’m saying is, make “thou” great again.

It's an attempt by effete white liberals to either sound folksy or imitate ebonics. It ends up being condescending any way you slice it.

For me, it's a soyboy with a beard behind an Iphone.
What's funny is how they act so smug and high & mighty when they use the term "Covidiot". . . but try to retaliate by calling them "Branch Covidians" and get bombarded with an essay about how you're dehumanizing them for promotion of anti-intellectualism.
