Phil is literally scrambling to protect his whales, this salty paranoia segment was literally caused by OnlyIcedCuck saying to Phil that the memes in chat annoy him. He's ranting to protect the grift.

Edit: Not to mention on the original prestream rant he went on a speel about how his donators want to be anonymous or secretive to avoid harassment, but now he wants to name and shame everyone that donates because OIC was getting all the credit.

In all my life, from being a kid to an adult, I never got robbed at a Walmart. And like everyone says the robbery happens if you are alone at night, and if you parked your car at the far end where there is no light. Go in the day time and park up front and you should have no issues. Hell alot of Walmarts now have Cameras and Police Boxes at the parking lot to ensure safety. Phil is a pussy if he thinks he will get robbed at walmart pushing a cart of groceries. They rob you if you buy a tv or some expensive electronic device. But we know he doesnt go to walmart because he doesnt want to think like a peasant and shop with the commoners. Even though he screams poor but shops at higher end places.

OH i would love to see if some fan asks him if he was ever robbed at a walmart or maybe violated in some way when he visited it. And thats why he hates Walmarts. Five bucks says it was an African American citizen that robbed him thus combining his hate for walmart and the blacks.

I love going out for a few hours to then come back home and see some traction in the thread. I don't care whether it's gay ops or genuine nonsense arising from the DSPhere because I lose nothing coming here for a laugh. I've kept an eye on Phil for far too long, so my expectations are always so low even the most inane happenings will entertain.

He's hard begging still. If he doesn't hit the tips goal tonight, he might not be able to afford everything he needs tomorrow.
He said in the earlier stream that he paid two major bills earlier this week because of the support over the weekend. These bills were the condo fees and his internet.
There has been no mention of the tax guy.
He told us earlier in the week that he needed to hit the tips goal every stream. He nearly did this, with several streams being well over.

There is literally at least $700 missing, and he is, by his own admission, feigning distress. He already made what he said he needed, and is telling us he still can't afford his groceries. This is exactly why he won't do a tips goal for the week - he is desperate to hide money so he can ask for more.

Kat has also not received her new schedule 'past the weekend'. He is assuming that she will be off Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. They're hoping she gets a day off during the week, but they don't know what it is yet.
It's highly unlikely that she does not have her schedule at least a week in advance. That's not considered good practice in retail. Besides, unless something has changed, she still works part time. She'll have multiple days off next week. But it needs to be Tuesday or Wednesday? At this point, at least one of them is lying and I don't know if it's actually Phil this time.

What fucking Wallmarts is he going to where there's risk of violent crime every second you're there? Mild powerlevel, worked at one part time for years and the crime we had was shoplifting. Worst thing that happened was someone who was mentally handicapped got violent with his caretakers and had to be restrained. Maybe it's an American thing that I don't get, but how concerned are other American's about being the victim of violent crime at Wallmart?

I saw Phil at a grocery store in Renton yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him snort as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
