South Park + Its Political Sperging (?) Thread - Season 26 ongoing!

Step 1 get shot
Step 2 ???
Step 3 Profit!

Alternatively all the kids being compelled to collect underpants after being vaccinated could be funny.

Like the parents think they've become autistic but in reality there's a deeper conspiracy to resurrect Qtulu or something.

I think I just wrote a better episode than the last three seasons.
The whole government policy this last year can be summed as:
1. Reduce civil liberties.
2. We love science.
3. Corona is over.
But good fucking chance South Park creators will talk shit about the government now that orange man is gone.

If I had to write an episode I'd have a doctor show the kids all those people who died from Corona at South Park and it will be a long list of old people and fatsos. And when asked where are the kids that died from it, they'll put an image of a cancer patient.

Well I've spent the last few weeks FINALLY playing both Stick of Truth and Fractured But Whole. I found both to be very enjoyable representations of the South Park brand and very fun games on their own.

I'm only mad that I waited so long to play them.
Honestly, I like Stick of Truth better. It had a more coherent story and relied less on memberberries.

Quite literally as Memberberries were a collectable in FBW, lol.

I thought Stick of Truth was funnier and its quicker and faster style with its shorter run time made it an easy breazy play that was a blast. I went through it multiple times before playing FBW because it was easy to knock out fast, but still a ton of fun.

Also, I felt like SoT used up the best jokes and references to the show. FBW had more gold to mine, but most of the very best stuff I would want to see featured in a South Park game was used in the first game, understandably.

I also liked the wide variety of weapons in SoT which you could change and add qualifiers to have different effects and that was fun, whereas FBW just kind of lumped everything together with the artifacts.

That said, I think I preferred the combat in the 2nd game. The game board style allowed for a lot more strategy and it was fun to see all the different attacks of all the different players. Also, having more characters to choose from made it fun and I found myself switching people out as certain characters worked better in certain situations. Also, the DLC for FBW was a ton of fun and really added to the overall experience. I gotta say "Bring the Crunch" made me wish they'd make a Horror game next.

So I'd say I liked Stick of Truth more as the simpler approach made it more fun, the story was more concise, and heck, event the fantasy setting fit the game better than superheroes did. However, both games were great fun and I'm happy I finally got to play them.

I'm wondering what the theme of a third South Park game would be if they decide to go that route.

Stick of Truth had the fantasy theme and Fractured But Whole was a riff on superheroes, and I'm thinking the third one should riff on the horror genre.

Give it a Halloween theme and you can have things like the Pinkeye zombies and the homeless zombies, some of the aliens from the first season, maybe have the Goth Kids and the vampire kids play a major role in the story too.

You know, sci-fi would be a good theme too. A horror parody could work too, but I think sci-fi might be better.
Yeah, you could customize your own spaceship or play as one of the kaiju seen in the Mecha-Streisand episode. Maybe the plot could be about finding a way to get the Earth TV show renewed.

I hate how they made ManPig real becuase it was a apology to Al gore.
I mean can't you belive in both that climate change is real and that Al Gore was using it for his own ego. I mean it's not that hard. They shouldn't have apologized for it.

That's when I realized Matt and Trey sold out.

What I found interesting is how less raunchy FbW is compared to SoT. SoT has so many moments that make other M-Rated games feel quaint in comparison. You can tell that Matt and Trey wanted to really push the envelope with what they could get away with. How many other games have anal probing, a boss battle underneath your parents having sex, an abortion clinic, a QTE where you can destroy Randy's testicles if you fuck up, and a level up a gay man's ass all within a few hours of one another?

Meanwhile, the worst thing FbW had was...a few topless strippers, IIRC?

They're in their 50s, what do you want? That's what happens at that age because the older you get, the less you care what people think of you.

Would be cool if Jimbo and Ned were in more episodes again though.

It's more that they are in their 50s but still live and party like they are in sophomore year college and have to kiss ass of the SJW elite to stay in the "in crowd", so they can still get invited to all of the cool kids parties to whore around and snort coke off some hooker's butt who's been paid for by some super woke SJW environmentalist.

Is anybody watching right now? Just remembered and switched it on.

They had a joke with the old people who got the shot saying how they don't have to wear masks anymore because they are vaccinated which is odd since i thought you still had to mask regardless of your vacciation.

Sorry double post but who called the white family and q-anon joke being used because they nailed it.
