If the horror sausage smells like fish it has at least something in common with diseased penises. It just looks like a fish sausage, tbh
Your posts are most definitely worth reading! Keep 'em coming. I have a pretty strong stomach, and the content you've posted has definitely made me retch a few times, so... congrats on a job well done?I‘m glad my posts are worth reading/looking at. I know somebody irl with cracked, dry feet and the moment I saw that neovag, I thought it looked like a foot. Yes, I did go out of my way to find a picture of someone’s minging feet and I’ve never been so ashamed of my search history.
They couldn't see their penis before, and they certainly won't see it now.Unrelated to the topic, but have you noticed how many of the poorly healing axe-wounds (such as the recent "foot" one) are on dudes who are, shall we say, grossly overweight?
That's a Krelborn original screaming "FEED ME, Seymour! Feed Meh!"There was this neovagina on r/transgender_surgeries that looked sort of... unremarkable at first glance and not post-worthy by any means, but then I looked at the pictures that followed.
...until he spreads it open to reveal the actual amhole.
The following image depicts what came out of it. This is the part that is NSFL.

Sorry what? Did they use her liver to make a frankendick? Or a rib? What the fuck happened here?
Musculocutaneous latissimus dorsi flap phalloplasty
A musculocutaneous latissimus dorsi (MLD) flap phalloplasty takes donor tissue from the back muscles underneath the arm. This procedure provides a large flap of donor tissue, which allows surgeons to create a larger penis. It is well-suited for both a restructuring of the urethra and the addition of an erectile device.
The flap of skin includes blood vessels and nerve tissue, but the single motor nerve is less erotically sensitive than the nerves connected with RFF. The donor site heals well and is not nearly as noticeable as other procedures.
I’d rank it as significantly less horrifying than the procedure that literally harvests the fibula to make a permanently rigid flesh-tube. You know, like, one of the bones responsible for supporting your body weight?Sorry what? Did they use her liver to make a frankendick? Or a rib? What the fuck happened here?
Edit: Apparently this is it (source):
I'm no sports medicine surgeon but I feel like removing large portions of back muscles might lead to problems further down the road. PL but if I even sleep on my arm the wrong way I'm in agonizing pain with muscle spasms under my shoulder blade for a week. I have no idea how your back is supposed to recover from trauma like this. I wonder what kind of effect it would have on a workout regimen. So many questions. I'm overthinking it.
I can understand this procedure within the context of reconstructive surgery for a man to restore a more normal appearance and function to his body after he was disfigured by accident or illness. For GRS this seems unecessarily invasive when FTM people have other options.Sorry what? Did they use her liver to make a frankendick? Or a rib? What the fuck happened here?

Honestly... that method looks way less horrifying than having your forearm or upper thigh totally flayed. Or the aforementioned DICK BONE option.Apparently this is it (source):

So apparently if they cut the circulation a bit, they can have penetrative sex with it while they're waiting for aforementioned stage 2 phallo (with the implant that pumps the thing up).View attachment 1984570
Why the fuck does she have a condom on her skin flap sausage? What, is she worried she’ll get someone pregnant?

Reminds me of something. Have you ever done homemade sausages?

mmmmmm, tasty.
Dick haver and enthusiast here: To say phallo dicks are too wide to be practical is like saying that shattered glass is too flavorless to be a good food. It isn't wrong, but it glosses over the other qualities that render it a bad idea long before you start worrying about things like physical dimensions or flavor. Also, I'm a raging dyke so my info on dicks is limited but....all of the phallo pseudo dicks seem way too wide to be practical.
They look like they'd be utterly uncomfortable to use in any form.
That procedure is next-level retarded and horrifying, butI’d rank it as significantly less horrifying than the procedure that literally harvests the fibula to make a permanently rigid flesh-tube. You know, like, one of the bones responsible for supporting your body weight?

That video inspired a visceral disgust in me. What the fuck, how do you not immediately want to cut or tear that off your body? It's so wrong in every way I can't even find words to describe it.@Prolego posted this video in the Sideshows thread, and I thought it deserved to be cross-posted here.
I knew phalloplasty just creates a floppy roll of skin as a sad mockery of a penis, but I didn't expect it to be like... this.
I dunno, I guess I just thought it would be more solid, not so weird and stretchy. LOL
I was thinking of a different Spongebob scene. That procedure is next-level retarded and horrifying, but

It would make more sense to take out and use a floating rib. Wait. I take it back, none of it makes sense.
Yeah, the general population is the problem because they don't want to fuck that, okay.@Prolego posted this video in the Sideshows thread, and I thought it deserved to be cross-posted here.

I hang out in tranny threads because it scratches that medical gore itch.@Prolego posted this video in the Sideshows thread, and I thought it deserved to be cross-posted here.

While we're on this topic, here's some info on the erectile devices FTMs sometimes get installed in their sausage rolls:

I find this stuff morbidly fascinating for some reason.![]()
I'd rather have sex with squidward himself than one of these flesh sacs. That procedure is next-level retarded and horrifying, but
