I seriously don't get how this happened. Logically, sure, he dodged charges on a technicality if that's how it happened. Just considering he was molesting his dog and possibly killed it in what he did to it, I just don't understand how he's free in what should be a more civilized society. How fucked are the laws surrounding animal welfare where you can fuck your dog to death and stall your way to freedom?

As far as I know according to this map (it's from reddit so take with a grain of salt) possession of bestiality porn is technically legal in both New York and Pennsylvania. So as long as he got rid of any evidence of him distributing and producing zoo porn (which he had plenty of time to do because r3tards posted the leaks to twitter instead of going to police) he could have as much dogfucking pictures on his PC as he wants and law enforcement can't do shit about it.

Good to see that even when the justice system utterly and completely fails us, that someone like this can have their reputation continually dragged through the mud, if nothing else. The fact that we've so far seen at least one guy pretty close to Hollywood actually publically revile this guy, to his face, is pretty close to a godsend compared to what we usually see. Just hope we can see some actual justice for Kero's crimes one day.

Kero seems to believe or is trying to push the idea that when the police neglect to charge you for a crime that must mean you're innocent.

This is incorrect, a prosecutor typically charges you with something he knows will stick. Like the reason they went after Snakething on pedophilia related charges and not zoophile stuff is simply because the pedophilia shit has way more laws related to it, and it's way easier to get him to do a lot of prison time for. Whereas laws related to zoophilia mostly fall under animal cruelty and usually only get you probation. A lot of people who do serious crimes don't get charged largely because evidence on them can't be used in court or isn't strong enough to guarantee a conviction. Since if you risk going to trial and having him found not guilty, not only did you waste a huge amount of state money on a trial but you also blow your chance to use that same evidence if some new shit gets discovered later. Due to Double Jeopardy laws.

Depressing. Predators are almost always quick to play the victim rather than making any attempt to come clean and better themselves. I miss the days when the term "cancel culture" hadn't been appropriated by actual rapists and other people who are an utter blight on society.

To all the people who are surprised that he got off scot-free, don't be. The justice system has *always* been like this. It is frustratingly difficult to put rapists, abusers, pedophiles, and yes, even zoophiles in jail even with damning evidence. I've personally known far too many victims who've gotten screwed over by the system. Kero would be smart to disappear again and never repeat the same shit in the future. There's a paper trail now, and even though he got away with it this time, he might not be so lucky next time.

If it's any consolation, a lot of zoos, sadists and pedo fucks will cut ties with people they consider 'security risks', ie. Folk whose tech has been handed over to police, folk whose identities have been outed. As soon as someone is possibly going to go down, they take it that it means they too will be next.

I cross my fingers and hope that means Keros little circle have abandoned him and see him as too much of a risk of their own to continue talking to him, meaning, hopefully he won't have that chance to go continue sharing and making content for other fucks like him. If anything, maybe this will scare him into not acting on those urges as much, but the sad reality is it'll probably just make him more aware of things he fucked up with, ie. Using his furry name in the same logs talking about such things.

He is banned from one of his local conventions, and he's pretty much anathema in his local furry community. The odds of him showing up to an event without being chased out is pretty slim. Beyond his local community, though, who knows?
