As CIA pointed out, Voice of Reason’s Youtube URL shows his original username was RGB9000. The account has been around way before Kero got caught fucking roadkill.

Searching for rgb9000 brought up archives of the defunct website
rgb9000.net, a personal site
largely dedicated to the 1998 game Silencer and
its fan games. Putting rgb9000.net through Whois shows it was registered with the email
rgb9000.net@superprivacyservice.com. This email is/was tied to Voice of Reason’s Youtube account; searching it on the site brings him up. The IP address listed by Whois is from Texas.
RGB9000 also appeared on
forums dedicated to Silencer and is the main contributor to the
Silencer wiki article on
Giant Bomb. He can also be found on
Wikipedia, where he exhibits the same verbosity seen in his Youtube comments and talks about being a computer nerd who is very knowledgeable with hardware and software, and on the
Homestar Runner wiki, which he
left (and then came back) after sperging over the wiki's handling of fun facts.
On the ZSilencer forums
RGB9000 has a link to the ZSilencer Facebook page in his signature. Visiting the page’s Community tab, we find one
Ronald G. Braun (page inaccessible without Facebook account).
His posts on the ZSilencer Facebook page match the time frame the RGB9000 ZSilencer forum account was made. He shares the same Texas location as RGB9000 on the forums and the owner of the rgb9000.net email tied to Voice of Reason's Youtube. He also shares RGB9000's interest in computer hardware and software based on his previous occupation at Hewlett Packard’s Houston data center. And, obviously, RGB are his initials.
And the clincher.

Proof of address.

To give credit where it's due, Ron is smart enough to keep his furry shit separate from his other profiles. Searching for any of his usernames on furry sites brings up zilch. The closest I got was a screencap of his
Steam profile before he set it to private, revealing his friends list to be compromised mostly of furries.

Happy birthday, Ron.
