First off, it’s wrong for you to refer to Enema Prick as a “man”, because that would imply he has balls.
And two, I think the reason is obvious. Prick is just jaded that Vic did not return his requited love several years ago and now wants Senpei to notice him.
The only problem is that Vic doesn’t know who he is.
