Well, yeah, that was the point. You were stating that the doctor just assumed it wasn't Tinnitus in one ear because it is less common for one. That isn't the problem. The problem is you recourse to the stress induced Tinnitus idea that is complete and utter bullshit. Someone with medical knowledge would more than likely rule out Tinnitus in the single ear lacking a distinct cause (though concerts are a common contributor for civilian cases). The reason stress induced Tinnitus is considered a thing is from extreme stress scenarios, and generally not normalized prolonged stress. We call it 'Going Black.' In a scenario where the stress hits a breaking point and your body tries to contain the chemical drop, something akin to Tinnitus takes place. It is very common in fight or flight scenarios, and in PTSD patients.
Why do I bring this up? You were saying that this was a likely case for a girl where those stimuli are a very unlikely case. I have seen the natural cases, and I have seen and experienced the second case (fuck I saw a dude have it happen in a simulation). Those stimuli are not a likely scenario for Kanata and her doctor would have that information. Saying it is stress induced is, as the other guy put it (paraphrased), is like saying your kid became autistic from a vaccine. No Karen, that was your shit genetics or God just not liking you.
Or he is an actual doctor who thought your WebMD level understanding was a personal insult. And as he said, there are many other common symptoms that are displayed. . . and Kanata has mentioned.
Given the propensity, unfortunately, of the media dependent aspect of the Trans community, it isn't likely. Regardless of any real talent that is brought forward, too many in this sphere show personality traits that are just abominable in entertainment. And it goes without saying that sexuality isn't a personality. . . but too many go that route. That German gal is one that does it right I suppose, but she is a rarity among her type.
