Phil just said there have been no tips for an hour.
Chat calls him out for not being accurate on that. He amends it to say there was a dollar in the last hour.

Every contribution is appreciated though. It just has to be large enough for him to care and not forget that you sent him something.

He flatly said he hasn't even been making the minimum payments for the schedule that his tax attorney gave him to prepare for the federal taxes that are coming.
Even as he said this while making bank, above and beyond anything he said he could expect again (now expected every day anyway), he still did not bother to do even the baseline budgeting provided by an external consultant.

Never. There will never be a budget.

EDIT: Someone tipped and said it was their last $3, and sorry for the low contributions.
Phil said it is what it is. It sucks because it is the lowest tips in a year. He ignored the first part.

Haseo tipped $10 to hit $25. Phil said that it negated the chargebacks from the earlier stream, so at least there is that.
He indicated that the chargebacks were more than $25 on the earlier stream. I guess he forgot that part.

We're getting a bonus match and OT because the earlier matches were so frustrating and he feel like he didn't get enough good matches.
$25 is unrelated, I'm sure.

He has to go after, though, because 'Kat is going to bed soon'. So Kat is going to bed this early, and is he going to go to bed with her, or is he going to stay up until 2am with Champions anyway? Even though he has no reason to be up, because he doesn't get to spend time with his wife which is his overwhelming priority?
This sounds really similar to the rift that started between him and Leanna where he was refusing to adjust his autistic schedule to spend more time with her...

Well let's see, Phil's gun was level 40 before this last game started which means he has access to numerous optics including the 2x and 3x scopes (for reference the thermal is 2.3x). So Phil doesn't need 'a' scope, he needs the thermal scope because he can't function without it.

That's the "problem" with DSP never receiving any consequences for his actions.

How many times is he going to tempt fate with the IRS? Obviously no "jail arc coming soon", but eventually they are going to do something with him constantly behind on his payments.

Actually I just thought of something. Is that why DSP refuses to get a job? What is the max percentage that the IRS can take out of your paycheck due to leins? I know it happens with people behind on child support, so I imagine the IRS is going to get their money too.

This is one of my favorite parts of DSP.

DSP could literally make ANY schedule that he wants. He isn't beholdent to ANYTHING. Yet he still locks himself into the most rigid schedule possible and then talks like there's no way out of it. Like his boss is going to breathe down his neck or something.

The whole 'quitting to get out of skill-based matchmaking' is so fucked, I just want to give it a little attention for a second.

First of all, he knew this was not true. He previously proposed that people with bad connections rise because they are somehow exploiting it to cheat, so when it gives him high-skill opponents, the matches are laggy. He insisted that his lower-skill matches are where players have good connections... but are just bad. This obviously didn't work either, but he was at least still acknowledging that he was playing against lower-skill players.

So gradually in his previous CoD stream, he concocted this weird lie that quitting matches 'takes him out of matchmaking'. You could see him slowly move away from acknowledging he wanted crappy opponents to this idea that they are 'unranked' but have great connections. This just fundamentally makes no sense. Phil gets these opponents by quitting repeatedly and being 'dropped out of the matchmaking'. But why are these 'good' opponents with 'good' connections all down here with him? Did they all quit out too? Are they all new and just haven't ranked up yet? Are they all throwing matches to 'get out of matchmaking' to play in this secret world? If the players constantly losing are grouped together, how is that different from being in the matchmaking and grouped together because they're constantly losing?

No. The answer is he is playing against donkeys, so regardless of connection, they're too slow and unaware to react to him. Just like he is too slow and unaware to react to players at the higher levels. This has nothing to do with connections and he is aware of this but desperate for an excuse.

After a few rounds in the bottom-tier tonight, he started losing again and the lag all came back to him. So what happened there? It keeps forcing him back in the matchmaking because Treyarch hates him and is onto the secret loophole the good players use to free themselves of this broken system?

It's not just bizarre mental gymnastics to protect his fragile ego, it's the fact that he is presenting this entire nonsense narrative that he concocted on stream, for a game played by at least half the people watching him, as the absolute truth. He just says this is how the game mechanics work. He hasn't looked it up, he hasn't talked to anyone, and he has actively ignored comments about how his assessment is incorrect, but Phil Burnell is presenting this as fact anyway, and repeating it constantly. Nobody willing to lie this brazenly and lazily should be trusted with any fundraisers, let alone for their own undisclosed expenses.

c) Phil not being overpowered by someone, even if it was a 95y old woman
d) Phil actually accomplishing something
