It likely hasn’t been updated since well...Before Level E which was released in 2011

Oh that's right, Vic was the main dude in Level E. Never saw it myself, but the cover art looks gay as hell.

These people only know how to deprive someone of money, crabs in bucket style. Look at Emile Plank. He was instrumental in getting Vic TI'd out of the Star Trek con, and what does he have to show for it? A lot of twitter tard rage and nothing else.
A person like Nick, meanwhile, does make fun of the defendants and their lackeys, but he ultimately tries to help out Vic in his own drunken lawyerly way. He literally makes hundreds a a night because of that.
