Yeah they don't seem interested in practical solutions to the maga ninjas. They'd rather buy things that look cool so they can get asspats online. I'm getting genuinely concerned for their neighbors they seem to want this to escalate even if they have to do it themselves.

Sorry if this was mentioned already, this threads moving way too fast now that its seperated from Kevin’s thread. But this new guy, Jarrod Stanley, pops up out of nowhere, having very little internet presence, and is now living at the Tranch just that quickly? And as it turns out he comes from a military family whose mother happens to work in Intelligence?

Not to sound conspiratorial, but if this guy is not a glowie assigned to infiltrate and monitor the tranch I’d be shocked. First sign of a possibility of violence crops up and just like that some real life “white knight” pops up out of nowhere sympathetic to the cause and leaves his life behind to go “help”? It all just seems a bit too, I don’t know... tidy.

Jarrod's been at the ranch for about a year, so he's probably just your run of the mill mentally ill, heavily armed tranny.

Unpopular opinion: Nothing is gonna pop off. These are LARPing physical cowards with no appetite for real violence. Sure, a couple are veterans, but that means less and less these days. The most will happen is a shouting match where the cops get called. If somebody is shot, which isn't likely, it'll be one trancher by another trancher.

The only other property I found details on that's on that road is also off grid, so I'd guess power isn't available. I mean, if one of the selling points of your rural property is "there's a road leading to it", power's really not a guarantee.

The idea of them already having a resident glownig is absolutely hilarious to me, and absolutely believable, but what would be the icing on the cake for this whole thing would be if the inevitable "explosion" happens because one of them reads the thread and goes super fucking paranoid that there might be a fed amongst them to the point bullets start.

Granted that would require them to have enough self awareness to recongnise themselves as a bunch of potentially dangerous and well armed "less than stable" individuals, Then again, seeing as they describe the tranch as a "beacon of hope against our erasure" they're probably paranoid enough to consider that they may have a secret white supremacist who has just been waiting for the right moment to betray them in the night and open the gates for the militas waiting in the dark.
