I think people are expecting way too much of him since I called him GK 2.0. Sure there's :ween: but let's not get too upset over it and just continue to be optimistic.

Keep in mind he even made that hilarious comic about us so there's more content coming soon.

No trolling plans have been made on the forum. Nobody knew if he was even worthy of lolcow status yet. That's the whole point of these threads when they first start. The fact we already have people here chimping out when nothing has really been done is pretty funny in itself. Kirby sperged when he was flat out told he was being watched and read this thread, not because of any failed trolling attempts. If interaction with potential lolcows was totally forbidden then this place would be dead by now.

Now if TheRoyalCoolness ends up being a kiwi and pretty much made it impossible to even observe Kirby just so they could get in his good graces then.. yeah, that shit is fucked.

I should have been more specific with my comment back there. I was still generally frustrated with what had happened earlier and I've seen that KiwiNull account in particular before. What you were doing was fine and I didn't mean to paint you under that brush.

I just hope TheRoyalCoolness isn't someone on this forum. That would be kind of disappointing. Pointing a lolcow to their thread is considered poor taste since it fucks over all the people who just wanted to sit back and see how things panned out.

I agree, It's time to stop talking about bullshit things and actually produce good content, post his pics, find more content from him offsite, read more into his comic, make a 10,000 word review of his comics.

Stop with the "Boy I Hope X Shows Up Soon" and "WE'RE ON PAGE X OF GOOGLE." This is redundant and basically three big things happens:
  • Someone tries to be an hero and bring them here with all the bells and whistles, by contacting the lolcow and showing them their thread.
  • Or you get someone pretending to be them (Liquid Shaner) or make up shit for content (Lovejoy.)
  • They go into hiding because they refuse to acknowledge you, they don't want to appeal to you in any way and will not join.
Can't you just observe them in their natural habitat? It's anti-productive and you're beating a dead horse.
