There were old asian women next door to me talking about 武汉病毒 this and 武汉病毒 that since at least november of 2019. It was only in early to mid 2020 that white people started calling it a bunch of different names to run interference for china, until "covid 19" stuck.

It's just shitty video compression. Typically non-moving regions of the frame in a video (such as the background for a stationary camera shot) are coded in what's known as an INTER prediction mode - this just means that a region can be pretty much directly copied from an earlier frame, which gives you a more efficient bitstream.
What's happened here is that the boom mic entered the bottom of the shot and was still enough for a few frames to get INTER coded, essentially making it a static part of the background. Moving features like Joe's hand need to be directly coded, so for a second it looks like it moves in front of the boom mic.

They pulled the same thing with tranny sex worker murders. It will constantly be brought up in conversations about white supremacy, but they ignore the fact that the vast vast vast majority of tranny sex workers that get killed are working in black neighborhoods and not telling their clients they have a cock. It's really kind of a funny statistic because it encompasses the total degradation of female figures (other than mom) in the black community, rampant homophobia in black culture, and senseless black on black killings. If it wasn't for the fact that trans people are the victims in this context, it would never get brought up because every other detail casts a light on how much of a detriment American black culture is to a functioning society.
Without knowing much about the white kid that shot up a couple whack shacks, I can tell you two things. He didn't use an AR, AK, or any weapon Democrats are pushing to ban, and he isn't a Trump or QAnon supporter. If either of those things were true, they would be leading the story. I'm guessing he used a revolver or a shotgun, because no one is bringing up magazine capacity either (as if stopping to reload made you less efficient at killing sex slaves). All they've got is, "he's white," and if you've been paying the least bit of attention over the last 20 years, you know that means they don't have much.
