I'm 99% sure Phil didn't solicit the driver's licence from pwdubz. It was his idea and decision to send it to Phil.

And phil shouldn't have accepted it, far less put it on a discord that already has been breached by a rogue mod. He knows his audience aren't "reasonable" thinking people. And I'm pretty sure if something had gone down between him and pwdubz he would've used this info as a bargaining chip.

Did he mention Phil encourages tipping over subbing and cheering? outight tells viewers to not cheer and sub but send him tips. Maybe they'll care if they hear Phil actively tries to convince his fans to dodge every single way to give him money where Twitch gets a cut.

This would be a very bad move IMO. The rando Twitch support guy isn't going to care about that, and it just makes it look like you're trying to cancel Phil as opposed to airing a legitimate grievance. I think this is why a lot of reports tend to fail. The times he's legitimately gotten in trouble with Twitch were from relatively simple, clear cut reports. No need to embellish, just present the facts. The most important thing is, the report actually comes from someone who is directly affected as opposed to a third party. That's another similarity with the other instances he's gotten in trouble. The fact the reporting party is a partner should also help.

But all that being said, just like those other attempts, I wouldn't expect a perma ban or anything more than a slap on the wrist. Maybe a few days ban. At most, a week or two.

You're not wrong that Phil wants control and respect, but I'd argue he doesn't have it. Yeah, he makes a lot of demands, but nobody really gives a crap. I don't normally buy into the pigroach luck, but with his audience, there is a fair amount of luck involved. Most of them support Phil for their own weird, usually petty reasons. I'd argue the majority of those reasons have nothing to do with liking, or, hell, even believing Phil. Sure, there's some tards that latch onto what he's saying and actually believe the narrative, but I think those are pretty few and far between. It's part of why the autism vortex around Phil is so fascinating, and, well, also why it's so autistic in the first place.

So with Dubs filing this complaint with Twitch will he actually find out what they'll do or do they pull a police complaint and say "we've investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing but we cannot tell you the outcome".

Twitch has no way of finding out what really happened, all of which occurred on a different platform. This is a nothingburger, sadly.

The only miracle hope is that someone pieces together all the evidence out there of Phil vaguely threatening people, Phil admitting he doxes people that tip him, etc... and there's enough hubbub to where Twitch just decides Phil isn't worth the trouble.

while phil definitely didn't explicitly ask for his license as far as we know i believe he did ask for some identification to prove pwdubz wasn't lying about where he lived. Regardless, whether he asked for it or not isn't the point. It's the fact he posted it in a mod discord knowing there's a rogue mod. You could argue dsp was too stupid to know, but given his history (he has to tell people when he gets something expensive. he has to flex) and the more recent stuff that's come to light (making people grovel to get unbanned) I'd put 2 and 2 together and say Phil knew what he was doing. He wanted to show the other mods the extent people will go to to get unbanned. Ziggy piggy gets a kick out of this.

I'm inclined to disagree. If pwdubz can show that him sending the license was done to get unbanned twitch might step in. It might not have happened on their platform, but he did get banned on there and phil redirects everyone from there to his email. We'll just have to wait and see

This is why the attorney idea brought up earlier should be looked into further. I agree that twitch probably just ignores most reports they get about dsp, but a letter from a legit legal representative, about something he 100% did (even on another platform), could at the very least make things interesting. I dont consider this gay ops or pozloading my neghole at all, because this motherfucker has skated on so many things he's done in the past (not just on twitch, but bankruptcy, taxes, etc), I would consider it some form of karma or justice.
